Caller advised someone hacked into his IRS account and changed the account number for the stimulus check to be deposited/it was done on Mar. 17.

Domestic disturbance
15th Street
24-year-old female alert and breathing/fell out of a moving vehicle/unknown how it happened. Officer had contact with one female and two males.

Accident-property damage
W. 12th and West streets
Two vehicles in the roadway/2008 black Mitsubishi Outlander vs ash gray car/negative on any injuries/negative on airbag deployment.

Battery
Slag Street
Caller advised that a named female is beat up and refused medical/she is bleeding from her nose and mouth and is requesting an ambulance. Officer advised to have ambulance standby until scene is secured.

E. Highway 180 @Walmart
Male walking in the middle of the roadway/headed west. Officer ATL from Memory Lane to Ace Hardware with negative contact.

Caller advised a male is standing outside a red GMC Terrain yelling at a female in the car/female is crying/kids in car also crying. Officer had contact/EMS advised female having a seizure.

Larceny
Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised a utility trailer was stolen/advised it broke down and was left/it was stolen months ago and was wondering how the report of it was going. Caller was advised to call the non-emergency line.

Welfare check
1901 N. Silver Street – Western Palms Trailer Park – 10:27 p.m.
A named 73-year-old male, who is a heavy drinker, left earlier this morning and has not returned. Officer advised upon his arrival at the residence the male just showed up at the home.

1414 Little Walnut Road – Silver Cliff Apartments
Caller advised a male keeps yelling off his balcony and a female keeps going over to his apartment yelling at him/female left in a maroon car but keeps coming back and arguing with the male who is intoxicated. Officer had negative contact with anyone/clear.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Plata Road
Caller advised someone slashed two of her tires/it was towed to Werner Tire. Caller believes two named females have been harassing her granddaughter. Officers advised en route to address down the street/out at address.

Harassment
Georgia Street
Officer made contact with named male who advised his ex-girlfriend has been harassing him. Officer set up frequent patrol for next two weeks.

Larceny
Gough Park
Male flagging officer down/clear.

Reckless driver
N. Silver Street
Caller advised that a 4wheeler is driving up and down the street at a high rate of speed. Officer set up frequent patrol.

3420 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a female checked back in/husband is drunk and caller heard glass break/caller found glass on the ground/female left in a red Mitsubishi/they were in a domestic/she left in the vehicle crying/male is still in his room.

Unwanted subject
1810 N. Swan Street
Female who is possibly drugged out is drunk in the store/she is not supposed to be at the store/does not know her name/she is now outside and wearing all black clothing. Officer advised both units clear/female was gone on arrival and they do not know her name.

12 shots/semi-auto. Three officers had negative contact with anything/clear.

Caller advised camera is showing a red car out front. Officer advised vehicle left prior to arrival/building is secure.

Silver Heights Blvd. and Juniper Street
Deputy advised 21-year-old female and 14-year-old female with airbag deployment.

Shoplifting
123 W. 12th Street
Caller advised an elderly male in a gold Chevy Avalanche took three Budweisers without paying.

N. Gold Street
Caller advised her son was at the address acting belligerent/he ran out the door after a verbal argument. Officers did respond but had to leave to answer a higher priority call/units clear.

Male in the middle of the track screaming and challenging people to fight/he seems to be under the influence. Second caller advised the same. Officers have contact on Swan Street/request to have deputy en route/emergency traffic/taser deployed/advised to check Frankie Vega for warrants/he is clear locally.

Domestic disturbance
W. 13th Street
Female caller said "Send cops to 618 W. 13th Street. When dispatch asked what was happening caller said just send them and disconnected. Second call can hear a couple arguing/female stating to a subject to give her the baby and she will leave. Officer made contact with the female and removed her from the property.
