Friday, June 11

Criminal trespass warning
500 N. East Street
Caller advised she has a CTW on a named male and he is there knocking on the window. Dispatcher did hear him knocking. Officer advised negative contact with male/will walk the complex.

Disturbance
Coffey Street
Caller advised a named male was yelling at his mother/he left in a Dodge Charger toward Hanover. She would like to talk to an officer because she cannot handle him and wants to know about changing his conditions of release.

Domestic disturbance
Cactus Street
Caller advised her son is punching her and breaking stuff. Caller put phone down and two people were screaming at each other. Called back and female advised she wants her son to be controlled and she started screaming again and disconnected the line. Officers advised one juvi in investigative custody/send EMS for 13-year-old male.

Fight
Lusk and Erie streets
Large group of people in roadway/two cars and an SUV in roadway. BPD and XCPD officers on scene.

Saturday, June 12

Domestic disturbance
Runnels Drive
Caller advised a male in his early 20s is bleeding from his hand/he went back into his apartment/he is fighting with his partner.

Welfare check
Fahey Street
Caller advised they have a parenting plan put in by the court/male does have the kids over the weekend/male is drinking/she did contact the grandmother who stated the kids are fine/father is on probation and should not be drinking. Victim’s advocate for DVs called and advised . . .

Sunday, June 13
Domestic disturbance
Rogers Street
Caller advised she just got into a physical altercation with her ex/unknown where the male is/she is bleeding from her ear/he hit her with a shovel. Officer advised 52-year-old female hit with a shovel/possibly in the head.

Criminal damage to property
McKee Street
Officer advised appears to be a broken window.

Disturbance
Lusk Street
Seven juveniles are fighting in the street. Caller advised her son got jumped/she is in a white Ford en route to hospital.

Welfare check
D Street
Caller advised her 6-year-old daughter is at a party and now everyone is being mean to her. Officer did make contact and negative on a loud party/units en route to correct address not the one given by caller.

Domestic disturbance
Carrasco Avenue
Caller advised a named male threw her against the wall and that her hand and head were hit/both parties have consumed alcohol/male is lying in the living room/caller is in her vehicle trying to leave but male won’t give her the keys/caller advised negative on an ambulance for her injuries.

Carrasco Avenue and 3rd Street
Caller advised a male has been standing outside staring at his house and squatting around his house/he asked the male if he was alright but stated he was fine. Deputy advised male is okay/he is drinking water.

Criminal damage to property

Caller advised a named male is outside in the back yard throwing rocks at the house/he has done this in the past/he keeps throwing rocks and bricks onto her roof. Officer advised en route to Hurley to try to make contact with the male.

Identity theft
S. Mineral Street
Caller advised someone tried to file for unemployment in her name.

Game and Fish
Highway 180 and Ft Bayard Street
Dead deer in the road. Officer advised deer is still alive/will have to put it down/did put deer down/clear.

Breaking and entering
Aguila Street
A named female keeps trying to break into caller’s house/caller is out of town at this time and was told by the neighbor that she is in her yard/she keeps going around the trailer trying to get inside.

Welfare check
11988 Highway 180 – 7:18 p.m.
6 or 7-year-old male walking down the highway toward Silver. Officer made contact with kid at the armory/made contact with five juvis all about 13-years-of-age/went to Dollar General to buy snacks.

Sunday, June 13

Domestic disturbance
N. Prescott Street
Caller advised she could hear a male yelling/refused to provide further information and wanted to remain anonymous. Deputy requested ambulance for 20-year-old male with severe laceration on his arm. BPD officer advised male punched a window/lost a lot of blood/he is awake/breathing/is very dizzy.

Caller advising her daughter just called advising a named male is trying to hit her/he hit her in front of the kids.
