The Grant County Art Guild, located at 316 N Bullard Street in Silver City NM is holding a Creatures of the Gila art show Sept 4-19 (Labor Day weekend through the River Festival.) Entries will depict, or be inspired by, any “Creature” (mammals, fish, birds, reptiles or insects)  whose habitat is in the Gila River watershed. A description of the creature and its habitat will hang with the entry. The deadline for entries is Aug 7. You need not be a member of the Guild to be in the show.
