Larceny
Budge Drive – 12:55 p.m.
Advised that a named individual broke into her residence last night and took $250.

Criminal damage to property
Bayard Copper Little League
Caller advised a kid ran onto the field and started to tear down the fence at Rominger Field/he is now on the T-ball field tearing up the field. Officer advised does not see anyone at this time/contact on S. Yucca/clear/talking to president of the league/en route to a Cactus Street address for follow-up/clear/issued a named individual an indefinite CTW.

Disturbance
Budge Street – 9:59 p.m.
Advised a confrontation between his friend and the neighbor/he believes the neighbor broke a window to his friend's trailer. Can hear them arguing in the background. Caller advised there is a large fight and gun shots going off.

Welfare check
S. Franey Street
Advised his friend called him advising his nephew is acting really weird. Deputy advised highly intoxicated, convulsing male.

Harassment
Budge Street – 11:10 p.m.
Caller advised his friend called him again in reference to her neighbors who texted her they were going to go and beat her up and hurt her. Officer advised everything is okay.

Caller advised his ex is threatening her (?) via text and emails.

Sunday, Aug. 1

Fight
1209 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised she got a call from her niece stating several girls were fighting outside. Second caller advised a bunch of kids are fighting and kids are jumping into vehicles and leaving in all directions. Deputy advised does have several cars taking off. Fourth caller is female crying.

Fight
Bard Street
Several subjects fighting across the street/can hear males and females/a lot of vehicles outside/subjects are running out of the house from the top floor. Deputy advised it is pretty quiet now/everything is okay/one of the females left . . .

Aggravated assault
Orchard Street
Caller advised her son has been drinking and is now threatening suicide/he is being verbally abusive/he is talking about killing the animals.

Domestic disturbance
D Street
Caller can hear a female screaming/refused to provide any more information/she didn't want to be involved. Bayard PD officer and deputy advised everything is okay/both parties advised it was verbal.

Welfare check
C Street
Caller advised her 15-year-old nephew wants to run away/he is currently in custody of CYFD. Officer advised male will be staying with his aunt. Caller advised male threatened to kill himself. Deputy advised juvenile turned over to hospital.

E Street
Caller advised she heard gunshots and a fight going on. Lost caller as she was talking on the phone. Bayard PD officer had negative contact with anyone.

Highway 180 – MM 122 (1 mile east of Highway 152 junction)
Caller advised vehicle rolled/it's a white Toyota 4Runner. Second caller advised someone hit his vehicle/negative on injuries/advised he is in a backhoe. EMS2 request Native Air on standby.

Domestic disturbance
E. Maple Street
Caller advised her ex-boyfriend jumped through the kitchen window, started to hit her, and drug her around the house/he hit her head against the wall/he left walking toward the bridge/he got mad at her because she wouldn't let him shower for his dad's wedding/she is home alone/her toe hurts/she didn't lose consciousness.
