Male lying on the side of the highway. Bayard PD officer advised en route to county line to drop off male on the Luna County side/male wants to go back to Deming.

Four females attacked one female/victim wants to press charges/negative on medical/already checked by medical staff.

Overdose

Report, no narrative.

Breaking and entering
McKnight Road – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised his neighbor called advising his front doors are open and homeowner is in Tucson/neighbor did go inside and nothing seems to be out of order. Deputy advised clear/everything is okay.

Welfare check
Rusty Dime Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised the mother of his two sons, aged 6- and 14-years-old, wouldn’t let him speak to them/wants to know where they are. Deputy made contact/everything is okay/going to be en route to a Bobwhite Drive address.

Weapons fired
RDA gas station
Negative on weapons firing/it was fireworks.

Harassment

Caller advised subjects are making threats toward him and his family.

Saturday, Sept. 18

Criminal trespass warning
S. Cleveland Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised a named female broke into his house while he was in jail and has been staying there/she has a CTW for that property/she left walking/caller is the father of her children.

Wysong Glass
Caller advised 29-year-old son was walking on the side of the road and when she stopped to talk with him he was out of his mind and wanting mental help/voices in his head told him to destroy his mom’s house/he boke windows in caller’s house. Unknown if he did break windows or anything/caller has not been . . .

Disturbance
D Street – San Lorenzo
Caller advised a named male thought caller had broken his window/male is threatening him and swung an ax handle at him/he dented the car with the ax/male is no longer on scene. Deputy advised en route to residence to speak to other party/negative contact.

Welfare check
Pheasant Drive
Caller advised the mother of two children will not answer the phone/caller has not seen them since Sept. 7 and the father is in prison so he can’t reach them either/mother has been beating the children and openly showed her the child’s black eye and stated, “Look what you made me do.” Deputy made contact/will give caller a call.

Disturbance
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Caller can hear loud banging noises coming from the neighbor’s house. Deputy advised everything is okay.

Battery
GCDC
A named individual shattered two windows/damaged a security camera/spit at caller and threw stuff at him. Caller advised bleeding on his hand/negative on ambulance/personnel on site are handling it.

Shooting
Sundown Trail – White Signal
Caller advised his neighbor is intoxicated and shot at him with either a .40 or .45/told him to go get a gun and we’ll have a shoot-out/shot at caller’s house three times/happened 5-6 minutes ago.

Caller advised a named individual is at her house causing issues with her/all verbal/subject does have an indefinite CTW for the location. Deputy advised en route shortly/called 4x with negative contact.

Sunday, Sept. 19

Unwanted subject
Lobo Drive – 1:53 a.m.
Advised her sister is acting up again/verbal argument with her sister/would like a CTW placed. Deputy advised sister issued a CTW for the address/transporting her to an address in North Hurley.

Harassment
Coleman Drive
Caller advised that her 12-year-old daughter is being harassed through Instagram. Deputy out at a Mann Drive address.

Missing persons
Mountain View Drive – 5:41 p.m.
Caller advised her 30-year-old daughter was last seen by her father at 7 p.m. yesterday/daughter had just filed a DVO on her abusive ex/there was a call asking to swap the kids’ clothes and no one has seen or heard from her since. Caller called back advising her daughter stated she was at the store but did not state which store. Deputy advised in the area ATL.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 140 (1 mile west of Highway 61 junction)
Deputy had contact/unit clear/driver advised he was a little tired.
