A named male is refusing to leave. Deputy advised male is verbally combative but unit okay at this time/male left upon request/parties are going to stay separated for the night/units clear.

Ronald Sierra was issued a CTW for a Bellm Street address.

Highway 180 – MM 108 (2 Miles west of Truck Bypass junction)
Caller advised her husband called and asked her to call in a Mustang he saw that appeared to have gone off the road and may be stuck/male with the vehicle did not appear injured. Second caller advised is calling for the driver/driver is okay/single vehicle accident.

Caller advised someone broke into his sheds and stole three chainsaws/unsure what else/locks on the main gate and on the three sheds were cut.

Caller advised a named female has been harassing her on social media/female is her ex-boyfriend's girlfriend/caller is on her way to GCSO.

Caller advised that a dryer was stolen from this location/advising the property is for sale/the back door was open.

Caller advised his neighbors are listening to his conversations and have cameras facing his home.

Caller wants a welcheck on the two children again. Deputy advised the children are okay and in the custody of a named female.

Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised he was at his sister's residence and she flipped out and broke his car window and starting hitting him. Caller said he left the scene.

Car vs deer/deer is in the roadway/her front light is out.

Caller advised her 38-year-old daughter is highly intoxicated/is stating she is going to kill herself/she hit caller's husband and her 20-year-old son/she is walking toward her house/caller unknown on patient's current location.

Caller advised he went to use the restroom and someone shot at him. Second caller advised caught this person trying to break in, but didn't shoot at him.

Domestic disturbance
Bell Street
Caller advised her husband is being verbally abusive and throwing a rock at her car/he is in a red older Dodge pickup with the kids/she is in a white Kia Sorrento/they are parked in front of their house now.

Criminal damage to property

Inmate broke a laptop that belongs to the . . .

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 78 (2 miles east of Buckhorn)
Caller advised a small white box truck hit some reflectors on Highway 78. Deputy advised he checked Highway 180 from MM 80 to Highway 78 and Highway 78 from Highway 180 to the Mule Creek Post Office/no contact with any downed reflectors.

A named male is intoxicated and does not want to go/he is not causing problems at this time. Deputy advised everything is okay/dropped off male in Santa Clara.

Caller advised just got home and someone is in his house/the lights are on and he saw a shadow.

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 at the Rodeo Arena
Two deer were just hit/both are in the roadway/one just got up and is okay. Caller called back advising deer is still alive and needs to be put down.

Truck Bypass/Western Drive
Female walking in the middle of the roadway/she was not moving for traffic. Deputy had negative contact/clear.

Caller advised her grandson is not supposed to be there/he is trying to get the vehicle from yesterday/neither she nor her husband are there.

Single vehicle accident/struck a pole/male bleeding from face and hand/black Jeep/light pole is not in danger of falling. Tyrone VFD has no responders/they will be clear of call. Dispatcher attempted further questioning with caller, however phone connect was very bad and did lose connection.

Caller advised her ex-husband is at the trailer and is threatening her and going through her things/he was removed from the lease October 1 and should not be there. Caller called back advising the male has left/advising she no . . .

Caller advised that a named female left her kids there with the husband and he is passed out in the shed and the kids are outside being neglected. Deputy had contact with a named male.

A named male is harassing caller's sister-in-law/male left in a black truck. Caller did not want a CTW and did not want to provide any information. Deputy on scene/negative contact with vehicle.

Thursday, Oct. 14

Cadell Crossing
Advised the named male just pulled up in a vehicle and is acting crazy and harassing a named female/he left in a dark-colored vehicle toward Bayard/he did not do anything but yell from the fence. Deputy advised in the area ATL/negative contact.

Fraud/embezzlement
Mt Vista – Buckhorn
Caller advised a male that apparently lives in Colorado has been using his Social and name/$21,000 is what this male has spent. Caller didn't find out about it until he tried to purchase solar panels and they stated his credit was bad.

Welfare check
1040 E. Highway 180
A 5-year-old child whose needs are not being met/family is homeless and selling EBT benefits for cash.

Unattended death
Rosedale Road
Neighbor hasn't seen the female since Friday, Oct. 8/has tried to call her/vehicle is in the driveway. Deputy will be enroute when finished with other calls/got the back door unlocked/will be making entry.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 90 – MM 8 (about 8 miles north of Highway 70 junction)?
Subjects left upon request.

DV order violation
Caller advised she has a DVO on a named male who keeps harassing her/she has subjects supporting him and they are standing around her residence and she is tired of it. She does have a DVO but it has not been served as of Oct. 11. Deputy clear of address/next door neighbor advised no one by that name lived at that address.
