Highway 180 @ Sharpening Center
Caller hit a deer on Highway 180 near the Sharpening Center/there is blood all over the highway there is no damage to his vehicle. Deputy had negative contact.

Out with vehicle with its trunk open. NMSP made contact with a named male/he is at the gym cleaning and will close the trunk.

Criminal damage to property
W. Highway 180 – Cliff
Caller advised her handicapped porch was damaged last night/advised it was not caused by a vehicle/her 28-year-old son did it because she asked him to leave the property. Negative on any damage to property.

DV order violation
Aguila Street – Santa Clara
Advised that a named female is outside in an black older model Mustang/she is not causing problems but there is a DVO with mother/request she leave the area. DVO expired 07/20/21.

Black Mountain Road – Cliff
A social worker called and advised that a named male stated about 48 hours ago that he had thoughts of harming his neighbor/he stated this to medical staff at Haven Behavioral Hospital in Albuquerque/the male was discharged today at 8 a.m. and stated this information/he was going to be dropped off at his RV today.

Caller advised a named female is trying to fight her/the female is not on scene. Deputy advised everything is okay.

Broken Arrow and Railroad drives
Gold van with two juvies running stop signs in the area/headed toward Ridge Road. SCPD officers had contact with vehicle on Broadway by Little Toad Creek/clear.

Santa Clara Laundry Mat
Pickup keeps returning and doing donuts in the gravel. Deputies ATL the vehicle but had negative contact/spoke to subjects on the street and down the road who hadn't heard anything.

Deputy advised male stated it sounded like fireworks/will be clear.

Accident-injuries
Highway 15 and Wendy Road
Girlfriend called her advising she was in an accident/advising that was all she knew. Caller was advised to contact her girlfriend and have her dial 911. Deputy requested ambulance for a 20-year-old female who was involved in a rollover and has neck pain.

Missing persons
Highway 152 – Santa Rita – 4:58 a.m.
Caller advised a named male who is autistic has left the home/she last saw him last night around 11 p.m./he is 24-years-old. Son has been found/he is okay/they are taking him home now.

Saturday, Oct. 23

Burglary
Silver City Golf Course
Caller advised he noticed several storage units have been broken into/caller notified one owner/caller advised his unit was broken into and a golf cart was stolen.

S. James Street
Caller advised his little sister is trying to kill him. Made contact with the male caller who stated his sister was next door and trying to get into his house. Deputy spoke with the next door neighbor who stated she was not his sister and had never sen(sic) anybody at his house before.

Caller advised a named male in his late 70s hasn't answered his door/she just purchased the property/when she tried to open the door with the key provided there is something obstructing the front door from opening/she will be waiting for LE.

Caller advised a subject at the top of the hill obstructing partial lane/blue pickup with male driver/driver has red eyes. Subject is okay/he ran out of gas.

Deputy advised property owner stated it can stay for the day but will be towed tomorrow.

Highway 180 and Market Street
West of the intersection there is a blue or green car with a female in it/unknown if she is broken down or what is going on, but she has been there for hours. Deputy advised she ran out of gas and has someone en route with gas already.

Caller advised she is trying to reach her brother and he is not answering his phone/he is in an electric wheelchair. Deputy advised he made contact with the brother/he just had his phone turned off/he will call her back . . .

Domestic disturbance
Highway 180 -- Buckhorn
Caller advising a physical domestic took place last night when she and her husband were driving home/he choked her almost to the point of passing out/she has not sought medical attention since the incident.

Battery
North Hurley Road
Male in his 30s hit in the face/no medical issues. Caller advised the male showed up at his house/male hit in the face with an object. Caller called requesting issuing an indefinite CTW to (redacted) for her property.

Domestic disturbance
Hermosa Street – Fierro
Caller advised that her 28-year-old son is throwing Coke bottles in the house/he is outside now with his girlfriend/he is banging on the windows and the car/he is intoxicated. Deputy advised dropping off one male in Bayard at a Ruby Street address.

Unwanted subject
Spring Creek Road
Caller advised that a named male is in her yard/she wants him issued a CTW. Deputy had contact with male at Rosedale and Country/male was issued a CTW to the address/en route with one in unit to a Texas Street address.
