Bayard Police Department

Friday, Oct. 22

Disturbance
500 N. East Street – 12:36 a.m.
Female is yelling at her 15-year-old daughter, "I'm going to beat the shit out of you until I kill."/other neighbors are trying to get the daughter away/a neighbor just got the daughter into another apartment/the mother is now yelling at the neighbor for taking her daughter/there are six different tenants involved.

Fight
500 N. East Street – 1:32 a.m.
Caller advised a lot of subjects are fighting outside. Second caller advised a 15-year-old is trying to fight caller's 22-year-old daughter/it is the same people from earlier/everyone is drunk. Deputy advised clear/nothing on anything physical.

Welfare Check
Main Street
Caller advised a named male just called her advising that he "wanted to end his life." She advised she is trying to call him back but it is going straight to voicemail/believes he might have been drinking. Deputies made contact with male advising he is okay for now/will not have hand-held service/he does not have any . . .

Harassment
500 East Street – Bayard Low-Income Apartments
Caller advised her neighbor threatened her on Friday.

Burglary
Bayard Elementary
Burglar alarm coming from perimeter. Deputy advised all units clear, all doors and windows are secure.

Welfare check
Cobre High School
Caller advised a couple of kids are running out into traffic. Deputy patrolled the area with negative contact with any juvies.

Sunday, Oct. 24

Domestic disturbance
Orchard Street
Caller advised a named male almost drug her with the trailer/he left but is going back. Caller's mother called and stated she wants NMSP to respond/she was advised to call them.

Harassment
500 East Street
Caller advised she is being harassed by a neighbor/neighbor has been cussing at her/advised today her vehicle was parked next to the neighbor's and she noticed a low tire.

Unwanted subject
Cortez Avenue
Caller advised a named female has been causing problems/she is either at his house or around the area yelling/she broke things and took things an hour ago. Caller is walking home from North Hurley ETA 20 minutes. Deputy out at a D Street address.

Suspicious vehicle
Cortez Avenue and Second Street
White SUV following a little girl who is on a bike/lost contact with the vehicle and the little girl/found the vehicle/it was the girl's grandmother.

Sunday, Oct. 24

Welfare check
E Street
Caller from GRMC-ER advised a named female left the ER with an IV. Deputy advised the female is at the house and family is going to check if she still has the IV. GRMC is requesting deputy remove the IV/GRMC was advised LE cannot remove an IV/caller advised to have family bring patient back to ER.

Reckless driver
Diaz Avenue and Geronimo Street
Caller advised a light-colored SUV went straight across Diaz and possibly crashed/he is trying to get out of the dead end/he is possibly stuck. Deputies request wrecker for F150 that is high-centered.

Domestic disturbance

Advised boyfriend is walking out of the home at this time and he wouldn't give her belongings back/they were pushing each other around. Deputy advised circled the area with negative contact with boyfriend.

Saturday, Oct. 23

Disturbance
Manhattan Park
Male in the house with an AR/he is drunk/he is in his room/he was choking his brother/they are leaving in a silver Ram Rebel pickup/kids are okay.

Suspicious vehicle
N. James Street
Second caller advised there are several minors at a loud party. Third caller advised Encino and James/she can hear very loud music and possibly a fight. Deputy out with multiple vehicles.

Sunday, Oct. 24

Bar fights
Brown Derby
Three girls vs three other girls/both parties separated and left/a customer's bike was pushed over. Deputy on scene/clear.

Fight
Central Elementary
Caller advised it's the residence across from the school/she was there earlier/caller disconnected the line. Deputies advised negative contact with anything on Cleveland Street, Prescott Street, New Street, and Oak Street.
