This information comes from Jessica Swapp-Massengill, M.S., Grant County Extension Agent, 4-H/Ag: Please see the PDFs below for how to enroll, whether re-enroling or new enrollees. Deadline to enroll is Dec.10, 2021. Do it now before you forget!

This year NM 4-H has switched over to an online enrollment system called Zsuites. It is by no means fault free however I think in this virtual age it was very much needed. This is how 4-H enrollment will go this year ALL ONLINE.

So…. I created a guide to help everyone get signed up. I’m sure my guide is not perfect but hopefully it will help you through the online process. It is several pages but it is a lot of screenshots and helpful items. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you need help! I look forward to another year of working together to build the leaders of tomorrow! Please let me know how I can improve the guide for others!

Also, if you haven’t yet check out my recent 4-H Volunteer Recruitment video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJQsFgfbJfsThink about your personal skills and talents and think outside the box on how we can prepare the leaders of tomorrow with real life skills! I need your help so we can accomplish more for these kids!

If you have signed up to be a volunteer last year you don’t need to make a new Zsuite account just login to your existing one. If you want to be a volunteer this year and haven’t filled out paperwork with me in the past go through the NEW volunteer enrollment by creating an account. For everyone else who needs to get kiddos re-enrolled follow the youth enrollment guide by creating a Zsuite account.

I am excited to report that the volunteer recruitment is going well! I have had several community members reach out to me about teaching some classes but we still need more! See my attached flyer for our SHORT-TERM project coach positions that we need!
