Caller advised her boyfriend just beat her up/he punched her and pulled her hair/she is refusing a medical/caller advised his dog witnessed the fight. Deputy advised en route to Hurley/on scene at a Cortez Avenue address/will be clear/en route to follow up with other party.

Unwanted subject
Lobo Drive – Cliff
Caller wants her sister removed from the house/sister is in the living room/caller is in the bathroom. Deputy advised will be clear/sister will be staying on the same property but in a trailer she owns.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
S. Highway 90
Caller advising someone has destroyed their four-wheeler gate.

Reckless driver
E. Highway 180 and Caballero Drive – Arenas Valley
Male driving an older red Chevy/ran the red light at 32nd Street Bypass/2dr truck. XCPD officer went traffic with vehicle on Highway 180 – MM 121 (Highway 152 junction).

Caller advised someone stole firewood over the weekend. Deputy advised en route to this call/will be clear.

Deputy advised 66-year-old female requesting vitals be checked/negative lights and sirens.

Disturbance
Santa Clara Armory – Highway 180
Caller in a white Ford F150 advised another male in a blue/green Chevy truck is attempting to get caller to pull over and fight him/there is a legal issue between their families.

Welfare check
Trailing Heart Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised he lent his vehicle to his roommate and he is refusing to give it back. Caller is known to have mental issues and was unable to provide a name for the female. Deputy had contact with caller/vehicle has been returned to him/everything is okay.

Tuesday, Nov. 23

Stolen motor vehicle
W. Encino Street – Bayard – 5:52 a.m.
Caller advised he last saw his gray 2007 Toyota Tundra around 2:30 a.m. this morning.

Suspicious vehicle
Flury Lane – Arenas Valley
Caller advised there is a white single-cab truck with blue markings on it. Deputy had contact with a named male/he will move vehicle.

Suspicious vehicle
Flury Lane and Kirkland Road
Vehicle by mailboxes. Deputy had contact with a named male/he is going back home.

Assault
Grant County Landfill – 318 Ridge Road
Walk-in complaint.

Welfare check
Fierro Rod – Hanover
Caller advised her grandchildren are being neglected and possibly abused/advised the grandchildren were with their uncle up to today when he took them home and dropped them off. Caller advised uncle advised her there were "blue" pills everywhere and both parents were unconscious. Caller advising both parents woke up and advised the uncle they did not want them there but uncle dropped them off anyway.

Caller advised the lock on the gate was cut.

Breaking and entering
W. Encino Street – Bayard
Caller advised the home is vacant and for sale. Deputy advised everything here is okay/all windows and doors are secured.

Graffiti
Escondida/Church streets – Bayard
Caller advised three males are tagging rocks in the creek. Deputy will be enroute. Bayard PD officer will be clear/had contact with two juvis/negative contact with any graffiti/did advise them to go home.

Welfare check
Meadow Hawk Lane – Arenas Valley
Caller from APS – Las Cruces advised they received a report from GRMC that a named female showed up with a black eye advising it was from her daughter. Deputies advised negative contact at the residence or via phone/had contact about a week ago.

Larceny
Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
Deputy out at the location/possible utility theft/it appears water is being taken at the meter/clear.

Burglary
Silver City Golf Course
Advised golf clubs and his golf cart were taken from his shed.

Thursday, Nov. 25

Welfare check
Highway 180 – MM 90 (1 mile south of Highway 221 junction)
Caller advised that a male was yelling as she drove by, but she couldn't hear what he was saying/she had two kids with her and was too frightened to stop and pick him up. Deputy advised out with the male at MM 90.5/en route to a Lobo Drive address in Cliff.

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 and U-Stor-it
Caller advised a crash occurred and a blue car is all smashed up/both airbags are deployed.

Accident-injuries
Highway 180/Kirkland Road
Blue Ford Explorer and white GMC pickup/vehicles in the roadway/male and female in their 70s with lacerations/airbags did deploy. Deputy advised wrecker is en route.

Domestic disturbance
Euphoria Road – Pinos Altos
A named male took another named male up the road in a blue Tundra. Caller advised that the first male wrecked into her son's vehicle and the male might be on the side of the road on Sanctuary.

Harassment
Chalcocite Court – Tyrone
Advised the male started texting him again. Officer did public service call.
