Caller advised his sister called advising she picked up a toddler from across the street wearing just a diaper with badly matted hair/no shirt or pants/was very dirty/not bathed for a while. Sister did knock on the door to the home and a blonde female answered the door, took the child, and slammed the door in her face. Officer out at a Lusk Street address.

37-year-old female being combative with caller/advised the female was just taken to the hospital and caller was returning her home when she became very upset. Santa Clara PD officer and deputy advised female is walking up East Street/had contact at Central and Foy/advised female said she needed some space to walk it . . .

Caller advised a named male broke out his windows last night/he got home from work and reviewed his security camera and it shows the named male breaking his window. Caller advised he is going to take care of it himself if officers do nothing. Deputy advised to pend for Santa Clara.
