E. Highway 180 and Casa Loma Road – 12:06 a.m.
Caller advised two subjects are near the highway with flashlights/one was down in the grass and the second was standing around/when she was passing by they started flashing her with the flashlights. Deputy had contact with one male who had a warrant out of Grant County and a warrant out of Dona Ana County/had negative contact with the other/he left the property.

A named individual called CYFD irate this morning in reference to children were removed from her care and she is stating the kids can stay away/father of the children stated that a named female called him stating she was "going to leave"/but doesn't know if that means she is suicidal or just packing up and literally leaving. Deputy has contact with a female and she stated she was okay and . . .

Caller advised her husband is drunk and shooting a gun in the house/he has hid the gun now/she has been hiding in her room/they are both now in the living room.

Breaking and entering
Cuprite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised someone broke into the vacant home and egged her residence as well. Deputy advised set up a frequent patrol for graveyard shift for next month/only vehicle allowed on property is a gray Ford F150/owner has given deputies permission to go in the residence if needed.

Fraud/embezzlement
Rainbow Road – San Lorenzo
Caller advised a man in Las Cruces is trying to cash her checks in Wells Fargo/someone cashed a check in Las Cruces for $1400/she needs to file a report that her checks were stolen.

2069 Cottage San Road – Silver Star
Caller advised her friend is not answering her phone/she has not heard from her in a week/advised will standby for LE.

Little Walnut Road
A couple in a Nissan Pathfinder were arguing inside the vehicle. Deputies have contact/everything is okay.

Stolen motor vehicle
Highway 152
Caller advised she left her vehicle parked off Highway 152. Deputy advised vehicle is not stolen, it is still parked in the parking area/more of a civil issue.

Domestic disturbance
Mt. Vista – Buckhorn
Caller wants her husband out of her house/advised she is on oxygen and he pinched her hose and told her to "f*****g die." Deputies advised clear/everything is okay.

Disturbance
Coleman Drive
Caller advised the couple who reside at the address are having some kind of altercation/the male is outside throwing items at the trailer. Deputies spoke to both parties/they advised everything is okay/all verbal.

Welfare check
Watson Street – Bayard
Caller can hear a male screaming. Deputy out at a Watson Street address.

Unattended death
Whiskey Creek Airport Road – Arenas Valley
82-year-old female not responding/she lives down the road and caller went to check on her/she has CHF. Advised at first nothing was responding on the pulse/oxygen reader, but now it is reading something – 165/95. EMS 69 advised will be enroute.

Harassment
Highway 152 – Santa Rita
One female and one male threatening her mother. Caller advising two vehicles were in the middle of the roadway when she returned home/advising she stopped and asked if they were lost when the female party started yelling at her and wanting to "throw hands" with her. Deputy spoke with caller via cell phone.
