Caller advised that her niece is in her mother's house acting crazy/she is throwing and breaking stuff and threatening to get worse if police are called/she may suffer from mental illness.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Runnels Drive
Caller advised someone slashed the rear tires on her Jeep Compass/the only person she has issues with is her childrens' father.

Stolen motor vehicle
Central Avenue
Caller advised he went to park his vehicle and it was gone/it's a black Ford pickup and belongs to his friend but does not know his name. Officer advised following the mechanic to the home of the truck owner. Officer and Hurley PD officer en route to address on Central Avenue.

Officer out behind M&A with a person in this vehicle/owner's wife is waiting for him.

Disturbance

Caller advised the neighbor is yelling at caller and her family telling them to go back to their country/the kids are now throwing balls and other things at her dad, Officer advised both parties agreed to stay away from each other.

Sunday, Jan. 23

Harassment
Central Avenue
Caller advised she is being followed by a silver 4dr car/juvi is a passenger trying to fight her 20-year-old daughter/believes they are intoxicated. Second person got on the phone. Officer requested ambulance ASAP.

Caller advised there is a white truck on the field right now and they have been doing donuts in the parking lot. Deputy advised they left prior to arrival/there are fresh burn out marks in the parking lot.

Welfare check
Main Street
Caller advising her mother just attacked her and kicked her out of her home and caller's 10-year-old son is supposed to stay with caller but her mom is not letting her back into the home/she is standing outside the home. Deputy advised the child is going to stay with grandma for the night.

Caller advised he was served a DVO/it is with a named individual. Caller advised now that individual is trying to make contact with him through Facebook.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle

Caller advised someone slashed his tire again. Deputy made contact with caller.

Welfare check
Anza Avenue
Caller advised his brother has had a lot to drink and is upset and ran into the night toward North Hurley. Deputies advised (visual) contact with the male on the bridge between Hurley and North Hurley/attempting contact.

Criminal trespass warning
Contact was made with a named female who advised one of her employees is having an issue with her ex-boyfriend and the employee is working with El Refugio to get a DVO, but in the meantime whey would like a CTW issued. The male was issued a CTW for a Cedar Street address.

E. Oak and N. Mineral streets
Caller advised a Dodge car is high-centered on a drainage ditch. Officer requested next wrecker for a Dodge Magnum/on scene with wrecker/ATL for anyone walking.

Domestic disturbance
XCPD
Caller advised he and a female were in a fight/they were yelling at each other and will not cooperate with questions. Female yelled in the background about having lacerations to her face and called caller a p***y.

Out with two vehicles/advised subjects to leave for the night.
