Domestic disturbance
Highway 152 – Santa Rita
Caller advised her 15-year-old daughter who has mental health issues just attacked her with a pen and kicked her over and over/she has injuries from the pen. Caller advised the daughter is in her room and caller is blocking the door keeping her from leaving. Caller advised the daughter is still armed with the pen in her fist/she also has other pens in her other hand.

Accident-injuries
Ridge Road
Caller advised a truck just rolled and landed on its wheels/male is saying he is okay but has a head injury. EMS1 to put Native Air on standby/Native 32 not available/Native 30 out of Deming is available/EMS1 advised to put Native 30 on standby at station at this time.

Burglary
Rosedale Road
Caller advised the owner is deceased and caller has been there cleaning and found the house has been broken into and stuff is missing. Deputy was advised.

Welfare check
Cottage San Road and Coleman Drive
Advised there is an intoxicated male who is barking at cars/he is wearing a black hoodie. Deputy advised has contact/will be clear/male is walking back home. Female caller advised the male is back out with a beer in his hand by Iron Drive. Deputy advised units will be clear/male is staying inside his residence at this time.

2251 Cottage San Road – Bear Mountain Lodge
Caller advised a male is sitting in the middle of the roadway. Deputy made contact with the male who was very uncooperative/would not give name or any info/did walk home a second time/deputies checked a third time and male yelled at them from his yard/he appeared heavily intoxicated/advised him to remain on his property and he agreed. Stayed down the road to . . .

Criminal trespass warning
1535 Arroyo Lane
A named male is on the property and refusing to leave/he is standing at the front door and has been terrorizing the family/he is not being aggressive. Deputy has contact with the male.

Breaking and entering
Filaree Road
Caller advising that someone keeps trying to break into the bar on the property and the door is damaged. Deputy advised he would have someone en route shortly/deputy en route to address on Tabor.

Game and Fish
Cottage San and Artcher roads
Advised he struck a deer a quarter mile from this intersection/deer is injured and still in the roadway. Deputy advised caller wanted to salvage the deer but the deer ran away.

Cottage San Road
Male called multiple times yelling about his dogs and would not answer questions/sounded intoxicated, Deputies had contact with caller who stated his dogs were taken.

Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised his mother's husband passed away on Thursday and they haven't heard from her since Friday. Caller called back advising his mother just returned his phone call advising she is okay.

Chamisa Drive – Lower Mimbres
Caller from VA Clinic advised a 41-year-old female called her to schedule an appointment today and she sounded scared/the female was unable to speak freely/she did state that someone in the home was scaring her and she was not safe with them. The line then disconnected and caller was unable to get any more information. Deputy advised everything is okay/female seemed okay and he will call . . .

W. Highway 180 and Western Drive
Caller is following his 30-year-old daughter/she is walking toward Silver and caller is following her in a black Dodge truck. Caller advised daughter got out of her boyfriend's vehicle and started walking/she was walking with her kids but caller has the kids now. Daughter is yelling at him to leave her alone/caller advised she has a history of drugs.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 180 – MM 77 (1 mile east of Buckhorn)
Silver Dodge truck/no plate. Deputy advised vehicle is too close to road/requested wrecker/wrecker en route.

Wednesday, Feb. 9

Unwanted subject
HIghway 211 – Gila – 12:21 p.m.
A named male is on the property/he is inside a trailer/currently he is walking around the property. Deputy advised he lives in Hurley and was staying at his father's house but was removed because they stated he needed to find another place to stay. Advised he moved out last weekend.

Caller advised a child is standing naked on top of a car. Deputy advised negative contact with any children.

Criminal trespass warning
Highway 211 – Gila – 4:12 p.m.
Caller advised the male is on the property again/he is standing outside/caller wants him removed. Deputy advised.

McCauley Road – Cliff
Caller advised a named female has been harassing her on Facebook. Deputy had contact with caller.

Fraud/embezzlement
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Caller advised she just had knee surgery and has been a victim of gift card fraud. She did give them her information and lost money. Deputy was advised.

Domestic disturbance
Western Drive
Caller advised the incident occurred last week on Saturday. Deputy advised negative contact with caller/called x 4.

Welfare check
Highway 35 – Lake Roberts
Caller has been trying to contact a 70-year-old male without any answer/last spoke to him three weeks ago/male has been in poor health. Deputy advised of the call/advised more units will be going in service.

Accident-property damage
Mill Street and Escondida
Caller advised a silver Dodge pickup struck a stop sign at the intersection. Deputies stood the sign/will be ATL'ing the area.
