Caller advised (redacted) won't give her cell phone back. Deputy advised all parties involved are extremely intoxicated/the phone was located on the couch.

Haven't been able to reach a named male who is the power of attorney for his mother for about a month. Officer advised negative contact at either address.

Caller advised some things have been tampered with/minimal damage.

500 East Street – BLIA
Caller stated her sister is threatening to kill her. Sister is in the background yelling. Caller advised sister keeps trying to hit her and her mother. Officer advised to send another unit. Deputy en route to GRMC with one female. Officer following deputy to GRMC. Deputy advised female was turned over to GRMC.

Officer was flagged down by an employee.

Unattended death
E. Elm Street
Caller advised he found his 52-year-old father unresponsive in the bathroom. EMS1 requested OMI. OMI will be en route/ETA 30 minutes.

Female crawling on all fours/now sitting near a residence. Second caller advised a female is down on the ground/does not want help from caller. Female is asking for help. Deputy advised have contact/neighbor is helping her inside.

Two bottles of liquor stolen last night/video is ready/non-emergency.

Caller from APS advised a named female lives alone and suffers from mental and physical health problems/she is a huge danger to herself and has many suicidal ideations/she is over weight and is a fall hazard/takes Zanax and pain pills. Deputy advised clear/made contact with female/she is okay.

Caller advised her sister sent suspicious texts and caller thinks she is using and may harm herself/she lives alone/received last text about an hour ago. Deputy had negative contact with resident and caller.

Kids playing in the construction on the bridge. Officer advised kids were asked to leave the construction zone.
