Caller stated she can hear yelling and banging/been going on for two hours. Officer advised made contact with a named male/he is okay.

Male called from lobby phone and stated, "I can't breathe. I'm outside the hospital. Okay, bye." Officer believes it was a named male/clear.

Caller's fiance was last heard from Wednesday afternoon/he left Monday to hike in the Jemez Mountains north of Albuquerque/driving a red Toyota RAV4.

Fight

Two males fighting in the roadway/they are leaving in a white Chevy pickup. Units clear/negative contact with vehicle.

Male took a bottle of whiskey/will get film ready.

Caller advised the people who were cleaning the yard of an 80-year-old named male said he was not answering his door. Officer walked around the residence/negative on an answer/will call caller.

Caller advised the last time she heard from her 59-year-old bipolar brother was two weeks ago. Spoke to male/he is okay.

Caller advised a female parked her yellow Nissan Xterra in front of his residence/this isn't a vehicle that is normally in the area. Caller called back advising female left down Yucca . . .

A named male was trying to get into the back rooms/was being aggressive and threatening toward employees/wants CTW issued. Officer made contact with Wade Daily over the phone and issued him a CTW for Albertson's.

Shoplifting
2501 E. Highway 180
Video ready for officer/first time reporting. All items scanned but card didn't go through/might have been an accident/two females and a little girl. Officer told asset protection to call central dispatch once they find the female and for her to pay for the items. Total price is . . .

Caller advised he was in a fender bender/his back is hurting.

Caller advised her granddaughter is arguing with a named female. Officer advised made contact with the named female who advised the granddaughter went to her house and enquired about a juvie.

Caller advised she got a call that her brother was lying on the bench at the Visitor Center. Officer has contact with the brother near La Familia restaurant/requested ambulance for 38-year-old male who is intoxicated advising his heart is hurting.

Caller advised his son is causing problems and caller does not want him there. Officer advised son has indefinite CTW to the apartment issued on Aug. 4, 2022/male left prior to arrival.

Caller advised there is a fight at Wrangler's and "they" are refusing to call it in/two males and one is bleeding from the face. Officer has one in investigative detention/that male has been released.

Advised his neighbor is standing outside yelling/believes she has some type of mental issue. Officer has contact with female who was yelling she was God/when asked if she wanted to harm herself or others she stated she would kill . . ./one in protective custody/en route to GRMC.

Domestic disturbance
2545 N. Silver Street – Hillside Apartments
Advised his sister broke his window/could hear female screaming in background/caller hung up when asked more questions. Officer requested county assistance as SCPD is busy at GRMC. GCSO deputies advised will be out at the apartment.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
1123 Pope Street
Caller advised someone is passing by throwing golf balls at the house. Officer had contact with two vehicles and two males across from Gough Park.

Caller advised her brother and her father are arguing/it hasn't been physical/father is telling brother to leave/the yelling has increased.

Two males with a small dog are harassing customers and employees in the parking lot/wants both issued CTWs. Officer made contact with two named males and a named female.

Advised a male juvie is intoxicated/he stole some bottles of liquor/he is walking by the old Shoe Dept.

610 Silver Heights Blvd.
Customer reported a male is urinating in the parking lot/second male is walking around the building trying to pick a fight with customers. Officer spoke with caller/males were gone on arrival.

1414 Little Walnut Road – Silver Cliff Apartments
Caller advised his cousin is harassing him/he was living with her and moved out three weeks ago and she has been following him stating he stole a laptop from her. Caller stated he did not take her . . .

Sunday, Oct. 2

Unwanted subject
Pinos Altos Road
Caller advised several subjects are on his property that he does not want there/he does not know who they are/they may be his wife's cousin's girlfriend. Officer advised female left prior to arrival.

Intoxicated persons
2711 Leslie Road – Lintero Apartments
Caller advised his son is at the apartment and is intoxicated/his son is acting "stupid"/he is not allowed there and he did not let him back into the apartment/caller advised he woke up and his son was in the apartment. Officers advised James Marquez in custody/re-issued indefinite CTW/en route to station/clear.

Battery
Skate Park
Caller advised he is 14-years-old and he got beat up by a male of unknown age/he was punched in the head/negative on medical assistance/his parents are not aware of the situation.

Larceny
3110 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a vending machine was stolen from the outside of the building/has video/suspects are across the street at a brown trailer. Officer on scene.

Disturbance
Skate Park – 5:57 p.m.
Caller advised a group of kids with "40S" yelling at each other/looks like they are about to fight. Officer made contact with three males and one female. One male, James Logan, 19, had warrant out of Judge Grijalva's court/hold without bond/shoplifting.

1414 Little Walnut Road – Silver Cliff Apartments – 7:13 p.m.
Caller advised she picked up her friend's son. James Logan, from the Skate Park/he is now harassing her/he is drinking/he is upset from being taken from the Skate Park/would like him removed from home. Officer advised male left prior to arrival.

Caller advised subjects in an apartment are fighting/can hear them arguing. Officer advised subjects were advised to keep it down because they were bothering the neighbors.
