Advised customer's electricity was disconnected. Advised that a named female stated she was depressed and it's cold and she didn't want to die and she didn't want to go to the hospital. She was speaking the same information over and over for an hour. Officer advised she is refusing to be seen by medical/everything is okay.

Caller stated when they were at Walmart a female started hitting her and her friend/they don't know who the female was. Officer had contact with caller.
