Criminal trespass warning

S. Canyon Street – 2:43 a.m.

Caller advised the people are back on the property/he stated per officer they are not to be there/caller was told the CTW doesn’t go into effect until 9 a.m. Deputy had contact with caller/they will stay until morning per what the officer stated.

Someone threw a rock through caller’s house window last night.

Welfare check

Lusk Street

Female with three teenage boys just passed her residence walking toward the Snappy Mart/could hear the female yelling at the boys to leave her alone/boys were wearing all black/wants to make sure the female is okay. Did not respond.

N. Canyon Street

Caller advised she could hear a female across the arroyo screaming for help/she is possibly on Virginia. There was an altercation and both parties refused to ID themselves and walked back into the residence.

Harassment

Caller advising she is being harassed by her ex-husband/he has been calling and threatening caller and her fiancé/he said he would be “causing problems” if she does not leave her fiancé/caller has pictures and texts she would like to show LE. Officer advised is busy with other party.

Shoplifting

1101 Tom Foy Blvd.

2 bottles of Tide and 2 Tide Pods/left toward Dollar Store about two minutes ago. Officer went traffic with grey 2017 Kia/a named male was the one who shoplifted/(redacted) is his girlfriend but was not with him.

Caller advised he was in the restroom for about 10 minutes and his 2 1/2-year-old son was in the backyard and he is no longer there/backyard has a fence. XCPD officer requesting additional units. BPD officer advised to have Silver City PD respond to a N. Swan Street address to attempt to make . . .

Caller advising a named male is trying to fight her/caller advising she and her brother were fighting because his children’s mother came over trying to fight her/her brother stays with her regularly/they both have been drinking/both very intoxicated.

Arizona Avenue – 12:11 p.m.

Caller advised her son is acting up. Dispatch could hear male in background yelling. Officer advised male did leave the household for the night/will be clear.

Harassment

Arizona Avenue – 2:16 p.m.

Caller advised her son is threatening her and her neighbors/he just went into the house and is breaking things/caller and her husband are outside/son is looking for his knife. Officer requesting ambulance for 49-year-old male with high blood pressure/advised will be en route to (redacted) Tires/male refused transport and mom does not want him back at the property/advising he is going to meet family there.

Caller advised 83-year-old sister is out of control and has dementia/needs someone to respond to settle her down. Officer requested ambulance for 83-year-old female with altered mental status/needs an evaluation/en route to GRMC with one female in unit.

N. Mineral Street

Caller advised a female and a male are yelling outside. Officer advised all units clear/negative contact with anything.

Domestic disturbance

Old Fort Bayard Hospital

White SUV/male is trying to hold the female/he was chasing her/female has asked caller to stay but they need to leave/she is begging caller not to leave. Officer advised it was a verbal domestic/possibly en route to Hurley at this time.

Highway 180 – Dollar General

One mile past Dollar General on right hand side westbound a grey SUV is parked against the hillside on the side of the road/there is a bunch of kids in the back.

Vehicle burglary

S. Mineral Street – 3:20 p.m.

Caller advised his ex stole his rims and tires off his truck. Officer advised call will pend for  another officer when he goes on duty at 4 p.m.

Cleveland Street

Caller from Memorial Medical Center advised he needs to check on his wife/she has dementia and is afraid to be alone.

Saturday. May 27

Disturbance

N. Hutchinson and W. Oak streets

Caller can hear people yelling. Officer spoke with male who advised his 22-year-old stepson was yelling and disrespecting him because he is married to his mother now. Stepson left prior to officer’s arrival/all verbal/everything is okay/clear. 

Harassment

N. Mineral Street

Caller advised two named subjects are continuously harassing him/they are parked in the alley outside his residence/they keep yelling and knocking at the doors refusing to leave. Deputy ATL’d the area with negative contact/informed caller they would attempt to drive around the area during the evening.

Female is huddled down by the stop sign with a lot of bags around her. Officer made contact with the female/en route with female to McDonald’s in Silver City/female dropped off at McDonald’s.

Caller advised he can’t reach his wife/advised an officer will have to call Memorial Hospital to reach him again. Officer advised everything is okay.
