Deputy advised red Ford Mustang has been removed by wrecker.

Caller wants to speak to a deputy about a battery charge for an incident which happened yesterday.

Accident-injuries
Highway 90 and Dickson Road
Caller advised she rear-ended a van/negative on injuries/out of roadway/just south of Calvary School/caller is unable to open her door/red Mustang and silver van. SCPD officer advised two 22-year-old females, one complaining of back pain and the other head pain. EMS10 advised to check on availability of Native/TYFD has no responders.

Game and Fish
Highway 211 – MM 5
Injured fawn which appears to have been hit. Deputy advised deer is deceased.

Welfare check
T&M Dairy Road – Hanover
Caller from SCI wants to check on kids, 2, 10, and 13 years-of-age/they were advised of broken windows with glass still in the frame/dog urine and feces inside and outside the home, and electrical wires hanging out of the wall inside. Deputy advised knocked on the door several times with negative contact.

Caller advised he can see a pedal bike in the ditch and a male lying in the field. Deputy advised everything is okay/she was just taking a break and will be moving on.

Aggravated assault
Jaguar Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised she and another female were about to fight when the other female's partner came out and brandished a firearm at them.

Criminal trespass warning
Pheasant Drive
Caller advised her son's girlfriend is outside crying and she is not welcome there/wants her removed from the property and issued a CTW. Deputy advised one female juvi in unit en route to Caddell Crossing/other deputy en route to same location with male.

Burglary
XYZ Ranch Road – Arenas Valley
Walk-in reporting a break-in and burglary at location.

Welfare check
Fierro Road – Hanover
A named female is not answering her phone for two days/she left her kids at this location with her mom/last seen driving a full-size green truck. Deputy advised negative contact at either location.

Unwanted subject
Pheasant Drive
Female from prior call is back at location/she is causing problems/caller wants her removed and issued a CTW/female's brother is with her. Deputy has contact with female juvi on Ridge and Pheasant/out at a Pheasant Drive address.

Larceny
70 Truck Bypass – Peaceful Trailer Park
Caller had a woodchipper, a power inverter, and other items stolen from his property.

Accident-property damage
Box Canyon Gate
Advised he overcorrected and hit a pole/his friend had injuries and is on the way to the hospital/caller has lacerations to his face/caller will be waiting for LE to arrive at entrance to Box Canyon.

Driving while intoxicated
Highway 152 – MM 22 (8 miles east of Highway 35 junction)
Black dually pickup hauling a trailer can't maintain lanes and driving at a high rate of speed/just passed Highway 61/did run a vehicle off the road. Deputy and XCPD officer went traffic with vehicle on Highway 152 – MM 1.

Advised she can't get in touch with her husband/he is not answering his phone. Deputy had contact with husband.

Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised she and her boyfriend have been sitting in their car for two days and haven't moved. Deputy was advised by Dispatch ref a named female and her boyfriend/dispatch believe the caller, who refused to provide a name and hung up on dispatcher, is possibly the female who has been making several calls about welfare checks. Deputy advised dispatch that it sounds like a form of harassment/deputy advised dispatch that . . .

Advised a male keeps yelling down the street. Deputy had negative contact with anyone yelling.

Unwanted subject
Christian Center Road – Buckhorn
Caller advised she has an intruder on her property/she got her husband and now they cannot find the male. Deputy made contact with caller.

Accident-property damage
11575 E. Highway 180
Vehicle vs deer. Officer advised to send next wrecker on rotation.

Fraud/embezzlement
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Caller advised she was notified by her credit agency an account was opened with Verizon in January 2023, that she did not open.

Larceny
Summit Road
A female left with his keys and the title to his vehicle/she left about 30 minutes ago.

Game and Fish
Highway 35 and Sage Road
Injured deer which needs to be put down. Caller called back advising her neighbor is going to put the deer down/does not need anyone to respond. Deputy was advised.

Welfare check
Pitchfork Road
Caller requesting welcheck on his neighbor/no one is answering the door/lights are on/water has been running all day/caller turned water off.

Criminal trespass warning

Caller advised that a named female was in his house trespassing and is now outside doing something to his house, but he can't see her. Deputy advised out at residence but negative contact with the named female.
