Deputy advised everything is okay/all verbal/will stay separated for the night.

An RV is parked right behind the gate by EZ Pawn and the door to the RV is wide open and the male didn't get on the bus like he usually does. Deputy advised made contact/everything is okay/request ambulance for an 84-year-old male who Is alert but seems confused. WCFD didn't acknowledge page.

Criminal trespass
Mobile Drive – 9:44 a.m.
At the burnt down mobile home a named female is on the property and was already told she couldn't be there. Deputy advised the female was issued the CTW and left walking.

Caller from CYFD advised a 1-year-old female child just fell and the mother is screaming/caller has custody of the older child at this time. Deputy advised child is okay/will call caller.

Caller advising male who appears to be under the influence walking all over the road. Deputy had contact at Ridge and Fairway/everything is okay/he was told to stay off the road.

Rosedale Road and Burke Loop
Black flatbed/42 mph on dirt road/was at 80 mph on Rosedale Road. Deputy advised 56 mph at Burke Loop/approaching Grenfell/on Grenfell approaching Rosedale/north on Rosedale/51 mph at traffic light/spikes Highway 180 and Rosedale Road/mph 80/northbound passing Elder 82 mph.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle

Granddaughter's boyfriend broke the windshield.

Caller advising a vehicle is parked near the burned home. Deputy had negative contact.

Caller advised her brother is threatening to kill her and take her son who is in Boston. All threats are over the phone and caller is calling from Alaska and needs a phone call after.

Criminal damage to property

Broken window. XCPD officer did not find any broken windows/negative contact via phone.

Larceny
Cottage San Road
Caller advised two males and a female came to her residence and knocked three times on her door/she did not answer/they walked around her residence and took a package from her black vehicle. Deputy set up frequent patrol for next month.

Highway 35
Caller from BMW Emergency Center advised emergency button push. Deputy was advised/so far no contact with BMW/no one in or around vehicle parked at Log Cabin Restaurant.

Criminal trespass warning
North Hurley Road
A named female was in his yard/last seen walking north on Hurley Road/had let his dogs out of their cage/is at the Penjamo. Deputy had contact with a named subject/out at Hurley and Monte Vista/issued subject an indefinite CTW for the address/made contact with caller.

Male trying to jump in front of traffic. Deputy had negative contact.

Caller is yelling at someone (no one heard in the background) saying, "Stop threatening to kill me and take my head to Las Cruces," "Threatening to kill my daughter in Alamogordo," and "Stop threatening to burn my house down." Deputy had negative contact.

Stepfather is on the phone with crisis center/advised he is intoxicated and is having suicidal ideations/he stated, "I want to check out."

Breaking and entering
Ponderosa Street – Sunrise Estates
Advised someone is trying to open her garage door/she can't hear anyone anymore.

Unattended death
Round Mountain Road
77-year-old male/cold to the touch. Deputy advised OMI.

Welfare check
North Hurley Road
Young male who cut in front of a car and all over the road wearing a hoodie/headed south into Hurley. Deputy had contact on North Hurley Road/spoke to male about watching traffic/he is not now riding his bike.

Game and Fish
Dragonfly Trail
Coyote on Dragonfly Trail. Deputy advised coyote stalking caller/one week later it went after her dog. Caller advised spoke with G&F/nothing was done. Deputy advised NMSP dispatch was advised.

A 67-year-old male has mental health problems and is threatening suicide/he has been under emotional trauma since his wife died two years ago. Caller hasn't been able to reach him for two days.

Deputy made contact/vehicle overheated.

Received text of loan approval for $3500/did not obtain loan/has been getting texts from someone in Dubai who is getting hostile with her. Deputy made contact with caller.
