Caller advised a male is being very aggressive with a female in the laundry room. Officer advised everything is okay/was verbal only.

Tuesday, Sept. 5

Unwanted subject
801 Tom Foy Blvd.
Male sleeping outside by the ice machine. Officer gave the male a ride to North Hurley.

Criminal trespass warning
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
A named male who has a CTW was just in the store/he made a purchase but would like him charged with a trespass/he is now sitting at the bus station. Officer advised clear/was seen by judge already.

Momsen Street
Caller advised she wants to have a named female issued a CTW who showed up at her house unexpectedly in the middle of the night. Deputy issued a named individual an indefinite CTW to location and issued caller an indefinite CTW for a S. Maple Street address.

A named male is intoxicated and refusing to leave. He is in the background saying he is not drunk/yelling is getting worse and caller hung up. Officer advised units clear/negative on a physical/verbal/he left upon request.

Suspicious vehicle
608 Winifred Street
Black Dodge Durango in the employee parking lot with a sunshade up/caller advised they don't know who is in the car. Officer advised everything is okay/NMSP.

Criminal trespass warning
301 N. Railroad Street
A named female is throwing stuff at cars and yelling/she has a CTW/caller wants her removed/she is throwing boulders. Officer had contact with female at Vanadium and Central.

Welfare check
Main Street and Central Avenue
2-year-old boy playing in the middle of the street. Officer advised everything is okay/ male advised his son was playing on the porch and got too close to the fence and was not in the road.

Advised her 58-year-old mother did not show up to her ceremony for her degree. Officer advised everything is okay.

Monte Vista Street – North Hurley
Caller is calling on behalf of a named female who told him she is afraid of her stepson. Deputy advised transporting a female to her driveway.

Tuesday, Sept. 5

Domestic disturbance
Arizona Street – 8:50 a.m.
Caller advised her son is irate and trying to attack her and her husband. Dispatch can hear male in background advising caller to leave him alone. Caller advised son is lighting a lighter underneath the thermostat/caller is refusing to separate herself from son.

Arizona Street – 5:56 p.m.
Caller advised her son is trying to hit her and her husband. Deputy advised one in unit en route to RDA Snappy/subject dropped off at RDA.

Deputy had contact at address/advised to keep it down.

Domestic disturbance
Arizona Street – 9:42 a.m.
Son is having an episode/he was trying to hit caller/throwing things around/he is in his room right now.

Elguea Street
Daughter is trespassing/she is not on scene yet/does not want daughter on property. Daughter does not show a CTW. Deputy advised clear.

Caller has been trying to call an 83-year-old male and he hasn't been answering. Officer advised he is okay.

Advised a named male keeps passing by her house in a black Charger with silver rims revving his engine. Officer had negative contact.
