Female is walking on Arenas Valley Road/appears dehydrated/talking to herself. Caller is not home/was advised by his son who is home alone. Deputy advised everything is okay/clear.

Bayard Cemetery
Male waved deputy down.

Welfare check
Artcher Road
Advised a named female was suicidal by using a knife/she is supposed to take meds for depression. Deputy advised one female in unit enroute to GRMC.

Unwanted subject
Rio de Arenas Road
Male at entrance to the park/intoxicated/refusing to leave/he was yelling and screaming. Deputy out with male/issued him a CTW for RDA/male in unit going to drop him off in Santa Clara/en route to Food Basket in Bayard/request ambulance/unable to walk/highly intoxicated.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 180 – MM 119 (1 mile east of Uncle Woody's Flea Market)
Deputy advised female pulled over to send a text.

Saturday, Sept. 16

Burglary
Hot Springs Canyon Road – Lower Mimbres – 9:27 a.m.
Someone stole items from the vacant house/caller's husband is on scene. Deputy advised will pend call until XCPD comes on duty at 8 p.m.

Disturbance
11072 W. Highway 180 – Hillside Haven Mobile Home Park
A tenant verbally assaulted and threatened caller who was in the office. Deputy advised clear/nothing physical.

Welfare check
Faywood Hot Springs – Highway 61
A 42-year-old female who took mushrooms is now hallucinating and believes she is going to be sacrificed. Caller is in a Jeep Patriot refusing medical/she does not want an ambulance/advised she is being asked too many questions and kept disconnecting the line. Deputy had contact with female ½ mile in on Highway 180/one female in unit en route to Mahogany Drive.

Sunday, Sept. 17

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 – MM 96 (1 mile west of Mangas) – 4:53 a.m.
Vehicle vs elk/airbags did deploy/elk no longer on scene.

Highway 180 – Mangas Valley – 7:46 a.m.
Vehicle vs deer/vehicle out of roadway/deer still in roadway.

Stolen motor vehicle
N. Swan Street
Caller's white 2002 HD Roadking was stolen up by the high school on Friday/caller is in Texas. Officer requesting deputy call him.

Disturbance
N. Swan and Grandview
People are fighting and screaming. NMSP officer advised can hear yelling/ will check two residences on Swan Street. Deputies out with NMSP officer/out with female on Flamingo and Kellan/en route to another Flamingo Street address to speak with another party.

Welfare check
Bill Evans Reservoir
Caller advised her sister and cousin went out to the lake yesterday and were supposed to stay the night and come home sometime today/she has been unable to reach them since 11 a.m. yesterday. Sister is 25-years-old and cousin is 35-years-old/driving a black 2023 GMC Sierra.

Cripple Creek Road – 1:48 p.m.
Caller advised a named male just began yelling at her and pushing her. Dispatch can hear him yelling in the background.

Cripple Creek Road – 3:10 p.m.
Caller advised he has returned to his residence and he does not want her there/advising she is not allowed to be there/she is outside causing problems with her sister/females are outside yelling at caller's friends.

Caller advising a named male continues to come back to the store/he has been asked multiple times to leave/he does have a CTW issued already/he was threatening caller/he left headed toward San Lorenzo.

Criminal sexual penetration
Sandalwood Avenue
Caller advising patient was raped last night near this address/she was walking and someone attacked her/patient is still in the ER.

Welfare check
Kneeling Nun Road – Hanover
Advised his 17-year-old son had a disagreement with caller and left the residence walking/he doesn't want to report him as a runaway just wants a deputy to ATL him and make sure he is okay. Deputy had contact with son.

Mud Puddle Road – Arenas Valley
Female parked in front of caller's residence/she said she was high but not drunk/an about 3-year-old child was in the back seat/vehicle left toward RDA. Deputy had negative contact.

Domestic disturbance
Spring Creek Road
Caller advised she and her boyfriend have been fighting and he is kicking the door trying to get in. Caller called back advising he broke a window to her residence and is still kicking the door Deputy advised all verbal/negative contact with male.
