Bayard Police Department

Disturbance
Empire Street
Subjects are yelling and cursing at each other. Officer issued two named individuals indefinite CTWs.

Saturday, Sept. 16

Main Street
Boy who appears to be 2-years-old is running in and out of the street. Officer made contact with (redacted) who has the child on Main and Central/will try to make contact with the father/one female in unit en route to a Runnels Street address.

Sunday, Sept. 17

Vehicle burglary
Poplar Street
Caller advised she left her vehicle and a named subject took out the battery and replaced it with an old one and one of the headlights is broken as well. Officer en route with caller to a Todd Street address to drop off vehicle/vehicle died at the end of Poplar and Central/will be attempting to get it going again.

Unwanted subject

Caller advised a named female is at the trailer wanting to get her belongings and caller is telling her she needs to come back tomorrow and she is refusing.

Sunday, Sept. 17

Domestic disturbance
Arizona Avenue
Caller advised her son is trying to hit her/he was throwing plates earlier/he is yelling and being obnoxious. Deputy advised verbal only/son left.

N. James Street
Male caller is yelling/unable to make out what he was saying. Officer advised everything is okay/male is just yelling inside his trailer.

Breaking and entering
Sage Drive
Caller advised someone just broke into his home/he believes it was a named female/she left in a brown Ford pickup. Officer advised negative report/caller just wants a CTW.
