Criminal trespass warning

Caller advised her niece is somewhere on her property/she saw her go into her husband's shop. Officer made contact with female on Bremen and Pinos Altos. Officer made contact with caller who advised the female should have been arrested and is very upset that she wasn't.

Someone stole tools. Officer made contact with caller.

Male at the front door trying to get inside/want action taken on the CTW. Officer advised out with Frank Gomez/re-issued CTW/male left property.

505 N. Hudson Street – SW Adolescent Group
A homeless person is under the building/CTW not needed/just remove him from property. Officer out with Joe Koons/has a warrant/will advise him of warrant/leaving property.

Walk-in advising of squatters in his driveway/officer out at the residence.

Someone scratched her black 2015 Chevy Cruze.

Caller advised last night the ice cream display was damaged. Officer made contact with owner and put out ATL for Michael Chavez to issue CTW.

Caller advised a named female is getting physical with staff in Room 3. Officer had contact with female.

123 W. 12th Street
A homeless male just threatened to bring a bomb to location/he is walking toward Gough Park. Officers made contact with Ruben Murillo who has one warrant/he was advised of the warrant and issued an indefinite CTW.

Caller advised a named male who has a CTW is inside the store/he just walked out heading toward City Nail.

2333 Sheriff's Posse Road
Subjects are fighting in Bay 4/they were parked there for over four hours. Officers advised a named male and a named female to leave the property.

2290 Superior
Male and female in a blue Charger/male ripped the female's shirt and then left in another vehicle/female and blue Charger are still at location.

24th and Cactus streets
Male and female yelling at a juvi. Officers had negative contact with anyone.

Two males arguing in front of station. Officer has one in custody.

Two males fighting in the parking lot/one is on the ground. GCSO deputy requested ambulance for a male in his 50s on the ground.

Caller advised her ex-boyfriend is taking his belongings and doesn't have the means to take it with him. Caller called back advising male moved on/doesn't need anyone to respond.

A named male is inside trying to cause issues/he is being aggressive. Officer advised both subjects left prior to arrival.

Caller advised his mother has been staying with him but is now causing issues and he doesn't want her there anymore/she is refusing to leave/she also broke his property/she is yelling right now. Officer advised second party has left the property.

Two subjects going through the dumpster/want them issued CTWs. Officer had negative contact with anyone in the area.

Caller advised her 15-year-old son and her fiancé are fighting/it is verbal. Officer made contact with caller.

Saturday, Sept. 30

Criminal trespass
703 Silver Heights Blvd.
A female with a CTW is in the lobby/has been going in and out. Both parties left prior to arrival.

Larceny
855 Silver Heights Blvd.
Caller advised a camera was stolen from outside the store last night. Officer out with caller.

Harassment
N. Bayard Street
Female is not allowing male to get out of his car/she left walking up the street.

Unwanted subject
302 N. Bullard Street
A named male is in the backyard screaming and breaking plants. Officer issued Frank Gomez an indefinite CTW for location and back area.

Criminal trespass warning
312 N. Bullard Street
Caller wants a named male issued a CTW/he is not there now.

Domestic disturbance
E. 20th Street
A named male is unwanted on the property/they are having a verbal argument over this property. Officer issued Sebastian Apodaca indefinite CTWs for location and one other 20th Street address and Mykayla Apodaca was issued an indefinite CTW for a Rio de Arenas Road (Arenas Valley) address.

E. Highway 180
Caller advised he is being harassed by a female who follows him all the time and he is scared they are going to jump him.

Caller advised his home was broken into last night and many items are missing and windows are damaged.

Assault
N. Corbin and E. 12th streets
A big truck tried to run over caller. Second caller advised a named male is outside with a stick. Officer made contact with first caller.

Domestic disturbance
38th Street
Caller advised that her boyfriend who is intoxicated, grabbed her inside the bedroom/male is accusing caller of being abusive toward him/caller consumed some alcohol as well.

Dog bite
800 N. Street – city shop
Caller advised as he was walking a dog bit the back of his leg/it is bleeding but he is refusing medical. Officer had contact at Gold and College.

Welfare check
N. Bayard Street
Caller advised her male roommate has not returned home/he is not usually out after dark/he usually rides a bicycle. Caller called back advising her friend showed up.

Wants a female with a tattoo on her face issued a CTW/she is in a silver Chevy Corsica. Officer advised negative contact/female left prior to arrival.

Reckless driver
1956 E. Highway 180
Vehicle not maintaining lane and swerving and was not stopping at stop signs/just pulled into Sonic/Stall 6. Officer has one in custody/subject was released from custody on a CTA.

Sunday, Oct. 1

Disturbance
2800 Pinos Altos Road
Subjects in the parking lot were arguing/one pulled out a gun/they all left. Officer has negative contact.

Graffiti

Officer made contact with caller who showed him the graffiti.

Suspicious vehicle
1600 16th Street – Mountain View Senior Apartments
Officer made contact with caller.

601 N. Bullard Street
Caller advised the front door is broke open and you can see the cash register open. Officer advised on scene.

E. Broadway
Caller advised a named male is under the influence and is sitting on the wall/her brother called advising the male is autistic and brother is scared. Officer issued Eddie Herrera a CTW to this residence.

Caller advised a package was taken from her mailbox Friday or Saturday.

Caller advised a male appears to be intoxicated and is trying to climb on top of a burnt trailer/now he is headed east on foot/ Officer requested another unit/foot pursuit westbound/lost male.

Larceny
2707 E. Highway 180
Male and female on a motorcycle took caller's purse and husband's backpack/headed west on Highway 180. Officer advised both have CTWs that were re-issued in June of 2023/both Aaron Montgomery and Andrea Velasquez were re-issued indefinite CTWs for Tractor Supply.

Male has been asked multiple times not to go to the store/want him trespassed if he isn't already. Officer had negative contact.
