TerriSankovitzDr. Terri Sankovitz, AuD, will be the Rotary speaker on October 10, 2023.
Her topic will be: “Hearing Loss.”  In a biographical statement provided by Dr. Sankovitz she has indicated that everyone will lose some of their hearing, it’s just a matter of when. “Causes of hearing loss are: age, heredity/genetic traits, allergies, infections, loud noises, and earwax.” She has been an audiologist for over two decades, and after visiting Grant County for 4 years to hike the Gila, decided to move to Silver City to open her practice, Silver Audiology in 2021.

The Rotary Club will meet at the Silver Bowling Center, 2020 Memory Lane, in the Ten Pin Lounge. The meeting is from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Meetings are open to the public, and guests may purchase their lunch in the café.
