Location: Fort Bayard – Nurses Recreation Building, Nurses Dormitory Building, Head Nurses Residence, Yucca Lodge, and Fort Bayard Museum located at 100 Calle El Centro, Grant County, New Mexico 88061

Proposed Activities: Evaluate cleanup options for asbestos and lead-based paint and compliance with the consultation requirements of the National Historic Preservation Act Section 106
