Caller advised someone threw a rock at the side window of his county unit.

A Powerstruck (Powerstroke?) truck was broken into/unknown what was stolen. Officer set up frequent patrol for next two weeks.

Caller calling on behalf of her client advised her chair was taken outside of her apartment Saturday night.

Male hanging over the barrier from road to sidewalk. Officers requested ambulance for male in his 30s-40s who is not responsive/drooling and breathing/possibly under the influence of narcotics/now throwing up/Narcan was given to the male.

Male opened the door of Room 138 and the female threw something at the male/it has been going on for 15 minutes. Officer had contact with male and female.

Advised her daughters doing something with the food inside the refrigerator. Officer had contact advising mother disconnected the freezer which contained meat/daughter stated the food is hers/mother stated the freezer is hers.

Caller advised her 2019 Ford Fiesta was broken into and groceries were taken/happened about an hour ago. Officer had negative contact with caller via phone/left voicemail.

Caller advised a customer advised him that someone was sleeping inside a vehicle on the frontage road in a silver Jeep. Officers advised will be on foot inside Shell/male has one outstanding warrant.

Advising a named male has been smoking meth all day/he is threatening to kill caller and family and tamper with vehicles/he is now leaving on a bike. Officer out with a named male and with caller.

2006 Kia van stolen around 4 p.m./believes a named female took it/she has taken it before. Officer put out ATL for vehicle.

Advised that a named female threatened to go back and bash in the windows to caller's vehicle. Officer made contact with caller.

Advised her husband has been drinking and he got angry with her and left running through the backyard/advised all verbal – nothing physical. Officer made contact with husband/he is back home.

Advised that a named male is at the residence causing issues for his father. Officer out with male/negative on CTW/he does reside at the address.

Male walking in and out of traffic/he was wearing a blue sweater and he was taking it off and swinging it around. Officer made contact with male/he stated he was okay and began to cry/when officer asked if he could help the male did not tell the officer anything more and began . . .

Advised her ex-husband hasn't let her speak to her 4-year-old daughter in three days/he is not answering her phone calls/she has visitation every other weekend. Made contact with child and she is okay/she is with grandmother and caller did have the child yesterday.

Advised a male is hitting and kicking a female/he is wearing a black hoodie/both went into the store/grey Impala. Second caller advised male and female are fighting/female said "Al stop hitting me."/male will not give female the keys. Officer went traffic with vehicle at Rosedale and Lockwise.

Caller advised she can hear a fight going on in the driveway of the shelter. Second caller advised subjects in a blue GMC van are harassing subjects at the shelter. Officers on scene/advised to put out ATL for Manuel Herrera to issue him a five-day CTW for the shelter.

Caller advised a named female was shoplifting earlier today. Officer advised multiple items were taken/they will call back tomorrow with a list.

Five-year-old female asking for police to come over/someone is doing something bad/5-year-old said dad is at work. A female in the background saying, "Just hang up, just hang up"/line disconnected. Officer advised both units clear/everything is okay.

1307 N. Swan Street – SPIN (Support People In Need)
A 46-year-old male has been missing for nine days. Officer en route to SOS shelter/going to check city library/negative contact/en route to Drifter.

Male is in the road yelling and taking off his clothes. Officer ID'd male. Caller called back advising male is throwing rocks at his business.

Caller advised a dog bit her/it didn't break the skin/dog's owner is with her/refused medical. Officer advised owner of dog is following us to Humane Society for 10-day quarantine. Caller called back advising she is at the ER and the dog did puncture her/wants LE to meet her.

Caller advised a male has been following him everywhere. Second caller advised male is taking pictures of caller's vehicle and license/believes male is stalking him. Officer spoke with first caller.

Male is refusing to get off the bus and is causing a disturbance. Officer issued Danny Perry a CTW and escorted him off the bus.

Male employee is outside the store/caller advised he is going "Loony toons and is kind of blank."/he is being crazy. Officer has contact with male/spoke to management/they advised he is an employee/he left the property walking towrd Arby's.

Caller can hear yelling from a male and a female and believes it is physical as well/multiple people are with them. Officer out with a named male and a named female/female was advised of a warrant.

Caller advised her boyfriend's backpack was stolen off his bike in front of the store. Officer ran two males.

Caller advised a male riding an electric bicycle with a small child wants the child checked on/that is child endangerment. Officer advised to close out call.

Caller advising a named male is refusing to leave/he is currently outside the house in a dark-colored Cadillac/would like CTW issued. Officer made contact with J.R. Chacon and issued him an indefinite CTW.

A named male is refusing to leave and is causing problems. Officer re-issued Eddie Herrera the CTW. Caller called back advising male has returned and is refusing to leave.

Two males and a female did already leave/they have a shopping cart with them/want them issued a CTW. Officer out with Lyn Eddington and another named male/issued Eddington an indefinite CTW for Lulu.

Homeless male sleeping on the bench with an empty liquor bottle. Officers issued Jeremy Huerta a CTW.

Caller from Sure Stay Inn advised a named male is harassing another employee/he is leaving in a black Jeep. Officer advised male left prior to arrival/put out ATL for Kellan Garcia to issue him a CTW for this motel and Comfort Inn.

In the alley behind the Toad, a male is yelling in the roadway/he is very unstable. Officer out with the male at Hudson Snappy/everything is okay/he left.

A homeless male is living in one of the storage sheds. Officer had negative contact with anyone in the sheds.

Caller wants a male issued a CTW/he possibly shoplifted a bottle of Smirnoff/no one saw him "conceal" the item.

Caller advised the neighbors are smoking and they are not supposed to be/asked them to stop and neighbor started arguing with caller.
