Vehicle vs deer. Driver has two warrants, failure to appear – restraint of animals – bond to be set, and FTA – traffic – bond to be set or full payment of $342 cash. Heavy front-end damage/owner requests wrecker.

Unwanted subject
Fairway Drive
A named male is at the house and he is not supposed to be there without caller's mom being there/he climbed through a window/he is mom's boyfriend/caller is 17-years-old and is home alone with his little sister and sister's friend. Male is not aggressive just arguing saying he is not leaving.

Welfare check
Highway 180 – MM 128 (1 mile south of Hurley)
Advised a female is in the roadway throwing items at vehicles. Deputy had negative contact.

Criminal trespass warning
Jasper Drive – Santa Clara
Neighbor keeps riding his 4-wheeler on his property. Deputy advised clear/CTW was issued. Caller called back advising the neighbor is on the property knocking on their door. Other half on line advising it was her 15-year-old son that drove through the yard/she went over to apologize to the caller and to let them know it was not (redacted).

Domestic disturbance
Prescott Street
8-year-old male caller advised his mother's boyfriend is in the home acting delusional/advised his cousin came and picked him up and took him to the grandparents' home on Orchard Street/mom and boyfriend were the only two in the home.

Tuesday, Oct. 17

Accident-property damage
Grandview Road and Timmer East
Single vehicle/swerved to hit (miss?) deer/no injuries/tow truck already on scene.

Larceny
Sandalwood Avenue
Advised some items were taken yesterday from her yard/her flowers from her pot were cut and taken as well. Deputy set up frequent patrol for one month.

Burglary
S. Highway 90 – Grant County
Someone broke into caller's house/she is afraid to go inside/they stole her sofa.

Accident-injuries
Highway 90 – MM 27 (Cullum Road)
Advised she swerved off the roadway/she is in a blue Ford Fusion/airbags deployed/she hit a tree/she swerved to hit (miss?) a board in the roadway. EMS1 check for Native availability/Native not available. Deputy requested next available wrecker for vehicle.

Weapons fired
Little Walnut and Village roads
Caller heard seven shots all together. Second caller advised heard six shots. Deputy advised out at a Little Walnut Road address/serial number found/no record found/clear/subject was released on paraphernalia/non-traffic citation CTA.

Wednesday, Oct. 18

Domestic disturbance
Goathead Path – Arenas Valley
Caller advised a named male is at her home and refusing to leave/he is yelling at her in her face/he put holes in all the doors and walls. Male yelling in the background advising caller is on drugs. Caller advised no one is under the influence/he told her he is going to hurt her.

Unwanted subject
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
A named male is inside the camping trailer/he isn't supposed to be there/wants him issued a CTW. Deputy advised male left prior to arrival.

Welfare check
McKnight Road – Upper Mimbres – 4:20 p.m.
Female is lying in the middle of the road. Deputy spoke to caller who is in Tucson/caller needs assistance in getting protective services involved. Deputy advised subject is back home/caller or deputy will make an APS referral in the morning.

Criminal trespass
McKnight Road – Upper Mimbres – 5:53 p.m.
Caller advised the female is walking up the road/she is now lying in the middle of the road/believes she needs mental help. Deputy made contact with female who advised she is okay.

Cow Trail and Arenas Valley roads
Male is trespassing on caller's property. Caller advised an ATV entered the property without his permission and wanted the ATV towed off his property/the person driving the ATV has also been using his property to feed his horses without . . . Deputy advised wrecker picked up the ATV/everything is okay.

W. Highway 180 and Truck Bypass
Vehicle vs deer/vehicle in roadway unable to move/deer ran off roadway.

Thursday, Oct. 19

Armijo Road – White Signal
Last had contact with an 83-year-old male a few days ago/it's not like him to not answer his phone. Deputy had negative contact with subject.

Larceny
Ancheta Road – San Lorenzo
Caller advised someone stole a marijuana plant from her property.

Fraud/embezzlement
Owl Hoot Trail – Pinos Altos
Caller states her daughter stole a vehicle, money, and jewelry. Deputy advised clear.

Unwanted subject
Agua Blanca – Hurley
Brother is there yelling at him and threatening him because caller started a fire so he could cook his food and brother is trying to put it out/neither of them are the property owners/caller resides in an RV on the property. Deputy advised units clear.
