Caller hit a dog and it damaged her vehicle/advised dog is deceased and vehicle is off the roadway. Deputy advised picked up the Great Pyrenees puppy about 6-8 months old /taken to High Desert Humane Society for cremation.

Breaking and entering
Delk Drive
Advised someone is in the home/advised (redacted) was showing the property and heard someone inside the home. Deputy advised negative contact with anyone inside the home/everything is okay.

Larceny
Valle de Uvas – Upper Mimbres
Walk-in advised her son, who was staying with her, took things not belonging to him.

Vehicle accident-no injuries x 3
Santa Clara Cemetery; Highway 180 and Table Butte Road; W. Highway 180 @ Truck Bypass

Advised her 82-year-old husband has walked away from the property/been missing about an hour/would be on foot.

Criminal trespass warning
Mathers Road – Arenas Valley
Ex-boyfriend is outside and she does not want him there/wants him issued a CTW/was not causing any issues but he knows he is not supposed to be there. Caller called back advising male is leaving/does not need anyone to respond.

Unwanted subject
Encina Street – Arenas Valley
Advised her uncle is on scene and she does not want him there/he is threatening to hit caller. Deputy advised subject was advised they have to be evicted.

Tuesday, Oct. 31
Welfare check
Rainier Street and E. Highway 180 – Arenas Valley
80-year-old female is living in a camper right off 180/does have four dogs. Deputy advised everything is okay/will call caller.

Apache Street – Silver Acres
Caller advised herself and the other caregiver have been there knocking on the door for quite a while and (redacted) is not answering the door/patient falls frequently. Deputy advised patient was admitted to GRMC on Oct. 29 and she is still there/everything is okay.

Reckless driver
Highway 180 near Grant County Airport
Traveling over 90 mph/almost went head-on with another vehicle/headed toward Hurley/just passed MM 131 (Grant County Airport Road)/has its right blinker on/almost went head-on when passing caller’s vehicle. Hurley PD officer went traffic with vehicle at MM 127 (Hurley).

Harassment
Pheasant Drive
Deputy spoke with caller about receiving unwanted texts from a female. Caller showed the texts to the deputy and the deputy advised her to reply only once, “Stop texting me,” and save all messages.

Larceny
Lake Roberts Upper Campground
Caller advised all her belongings were stolen from her campsite/another person said a black truck pulled in after she left.

Wednesday, Nov. 1

Game and Fish
E. Highway 180 @ Casa Loma Road
Dead deer in roadway.

Domestic disturbance
Camino de Vida – Mimbres – 10:33 a.m.
38-year-old male came to the home and destroyed property/unknown if he is still there. Deputies request additional unit/ATL for older model brown Camaro/contact with (redacted) @ Highway 152 – MM 6/back out at location waiting for DVO paperwork.

Domestic disturbance
Camino de Vida – Mimbres – 3:57 p.m.
Female crying saying she needs the police/saying her arm is hurt/her boyfriend punched her/boyfriend is still in the driveway /caller refused medical.

Accident-property damage

Caller advised his fence was hit /will meet officer tomorrow morning at the office on Highway 211.

Breaking and entering
Rosedale Road
Has been two weeks since caller has been home/garage door is open and lights are on/believes someone is still inside. Deputy out at a Rosedale Road address/will be getting in contact with homeowner who lives in Colorado.

Silver Toyota RAV4 parked at very end of Mobile Drive. Wrecker has possession of vehicle.

Caller advised she is highly intoxicated and cannot find her way home/cannot find her mom’s number/she is sitting in the park/refusing medical. Deputy requested ambulance for 38-year-old female/highly intoxicated/unable to walk. EMS2 advised will be en route after turnaround at GRMC/page in 3.

Vehicle vs deer/little damage to unit/NMSP en route.

S. Highway 90 – MM 32 (Tyrone Mine turnoff)
Vehicle vs deer/NMSP will be en route when on duty/deer still in roadway. Deputies request next wrecker/damage to driver side of vehicle/taking driver home to a Bornite Street address in Tyrone.

DV order violation
Partridge Drive
Husband is at caller’s house and he has a DVO/caller is the park manager. Deputies picking up copy of the DVO/negative contact with anyone in or around the house.

Caller from Fargo, North Dakota, advised wife will be in a black Ford Expedition with North Dakota plates/she is 44-years-old and has a dog traveling with her/she is traveling through the area to Tucson/she may be camping in the Gila area but unknown . . .

Advised a named female took his Acer Chromebook two days ago/she is in North Hurley and is not answering her phone. Deputy en route to address in North Hurley.

Hill Street – North Hurley
Caller from CYFD advised to check on three children, 2, 4, and 6-years-of-age/possible mice in the home/home check was done/it smelled like urine and was dirty. Deputy out with CYFD.

Advised a named female was walking and stated her boyfriend beat her up/she was drinking a bottle of tequila/the female came to her home very confused.
