Gila National Forest, Black Range District limited hours Wednesday
Office closed 9:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. November 8 for all employee safety training
 
TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES, NM, November 6, 2023 – The Gila National Forest, Black Range District office will be closed Wednesday, November 8 from 9:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for an all-staff safety training. 
“In meeting our objectives to care for the land and serve people, our first priority serves the safety of employees and that of the public,” said Black Range District Ranger Bret Mellott. “Closing our doors during staff safety trainings ensures that all employees can maintain focus and benefit from these learning opportunities.”
