Advised that mother is intoxicated and screaming and yelling at everyone/she is in the living room/he needs someone to help him calm her down. All verbal/both parties are separated.

Male took three bottles – Jim(?) Daniels, Tennessee Fire, and unknown the other one/unknown where he went as caller was grabbing his phone and didn't see.

123 W. 12th Street
Advised a named female is standing at the door refusing to leave/she was yelling at employees. Officer re-issued Brenda Callahan a CTW and she left on foot.

401 N. Bullard Street
Table saw and other tools/caller is liaison for company and these are his personal items. Officer made contact with caller who advised a Bosch table saw worth $800 and a 6-foot ladder were missing.

Caller advised it happened at 12:45 p.m. and video is ready.

Caller advised her sister is banging on the door/caller just got her son back and doesn't want any issues. Officer ran three driver's licenses.

Caller states her motor home was stolen/it was supposed to be re-possessed from the bank but the bank says they don't have it. Caller called back with the VIN.

E. Victoria Street and S. Highway 90
Male and female/it is physical/trying to take something from each other's hands/southbound lane. Officers have contact with subjects at an Alice Street address/both are clear.

Male on the north side of the highway in a Chrysler car had a gun pulled out on a person in a white Tahoe who was parked on the south side of the highway/young males.

Caller from GRMC Pharmacy advised a nurse has been taking narcotics and it has been an ongoing issue that was first reported by caller on Oct. 17/employee in question is not on duty. Caller will meet officer downstairs in the main lobby.

Criminal sexual penetration
610 N. Silver Street -- Seasonal Overnight Shelter
Advised a female client was attacked a week ago/unknown where she was assaulted/it was a named male who attacked her/she received medical care the night it occurred.

A named female is in the food area. Officer has one in investigative detention/issued Andrea Hernandez a CTW.

A named female is slamming doors and yelling/caller advised she is with a client on the second floor and she is unable to sleep. Officer advised everything is okay/advised to keep it down.

A named male is harassing the manager. Officer made contact with Eddie Herrera at Gough Park and issued him a CTW.

Advised her son's bike was stolen from outside/black BMX/does not know who took it.

Caller advising he feels like he is having a mental breakdown/he is paranoid and hallucinating/he last did meth yesterday/his wife is home with him as well as his four children, ages 5, 7, 9, and 13-years-of-age/would like to be transported to hospital. Officer advised male went voluntarily to GRMC.

Caller advised a vehicle has crashed into a curb/can see two people walking around/cannot tell if anyone is injured. Second caller advised a pickup went over the curb and onto the yard and possibly hit a tree.

Advised her fiancé got released from the hospital and is arguing with her and is "losing it"/he has locked himself in the bathroom.

Caller advised a male is lying on the ground yelling for help. Officer out with a named female who advised a male jumped on top of her car with a weapon/he jumped off somewhere in the area of Hudson Snappy.

Advised subject is asleep on the loading dock/if contact made issue a CTW. Officers advised Irvine Ivy was issued an indefinite CTW for Home Furniture and a S. Bullard address/she is gathering her things and will be moving along.

Caller from EMS requested LE be sent on any calls involving a named male who is making threats to EMS. Caller advised the male was a patient yesterday and is accusing them of taking his property and he made threats that he (has?) brothers in the cartel and they will take care of things.

Caller advised a man is walking in and out of traffic. Officer had negative contact.

Advised someone broke into the home and took items/no one is inside the home.

Caller advised 28-year-old daughter is causing problems/she is under the influence/she is being aggressive with the other daughter, the mother, the father, and the family pet. GCSO deputy advised negative on anything physical.

On the ER side of the property a named male is refusing to be treated and refusing to leave/he is outside in the parking lot/he is agitated. Officer advised he has the male in protective custody.

Advised vehicle left property/black Dodge Avenger/male dressed all in black/had two bags with him/he dropped one of the bags/vehicle left about five minutes ago east on Highway 180.

Caller advised her mom threw her phone at her and it hit her on her head/is refusing medical/advised her mom told her to go to her room and not leave from it. Officer advised everything is okay.

Officer advised he made contact with a named male and a named female behind the police department. They stated they went to Walmart and noticed the male's baby momma was parked a couple cars down from them/they stated as they were leaving the baby momma got in the driver's seat of their white 2013 Kia.

Caller advised her ex-boyfriend just left in a white Toyota Corolla and left a note saying he is going to kill himself. Officer advised to give ATL to county/contact with vehicle at Albertson's.

Vehicle vs deer. Maroon Grand Cherokee/out of roadway/deer ran off. Officer on scene.

Male has been in the restroom for about 10-15 minutes/concerned he is doing drugs/advised he is a known fentanyl user and it's his second time in the bathroom. Caller called back advising male left walking toward the bus stop/wants him issued a CTW.

Caller advised an elderly woman has been sitting in the waiting room since 2 p.m. for someone to pick her up/she is sitting in a wheelchair/cannot remember the phone number of who was supposed to pick her up.

Caller advising his wife went outside about 40 minutes ago to check the car to make sure the interior light had turned off/she has not gone back inside/caller checked around the vehicle and the backyard and she was not there/does not remember what she was wearing. A named male is refusing to leave and is being very disruptive inside the building/he is carrying a golf club/no CTW at this time. Officer made contact with the male/mle left property.

1220 N. Hudson Street
Male tried to take a bottle of alcohol. Officer has one in custody/male was released on a CTA.

Officer out with Anella Westendorf/negative on warrants/she was re-issued a CTW for Walmart on Jan. 2, 2021/advised female was re-issued a CTW for Walmart and released on a CTA.

A named male who is an employee at McDonald's tried to hit caller when she went to pick her boyfriend up for break. Officer had negative contact with caller either by home visit or via telephone.

Caller advised her sister went to caller's apartment and threatened her/sister lives in another apartment/wants sister issued a CTW. Officer advised clear from this address/en route to sister's address/back en route to original location to issue Brenda Dominguez a CTW for a certain apartment and also issued Nancy Madrid a CTW for sister's apartment.

A named male was threatening caller and the clerk. Officer made contact with Jim Rodreguez and issued him a CTW for Silver Heights Chevron. Made contact with caller as caller mentioned Jim was going to beat him up and mentioned something about a knife. Caller wouldn't say more advising the officer he doesn't know how to do his job. Officer advised caller if he doesn't . . .

A named male keeps going into the store and leaving/want him issued a CTW/history of him shoplifting/just left walking toward behind the building. Officer had negative contact/put out ATL for Armando Duran to be issued a CTW for Auto Zone.

Female inside in distress says a sexual assault was attempted on her in the ditch/no physical injuries/she is in the back room. Officer advised a named female in investigative detention – clear/a named male -- clear/male was advised to leave/female in unit en route to her residence.

Caller advised his 35-year-old daughter called her mother about 30-45 minutes ago crying and upset saying things were "strange"/she made the statement she was dying/she has done this before/she lives alone.

Caller from Walmart Asset Protection advised he did not see it, but they got some of the merchandise back/subject dropped their phone. Officer was advised.
