Welfare check – 5:18 a.m.
Highway 61 – MM 21 (1 mile north of Royal John Mine Road junction)
Female walking in the middle of the road toward Mimbres/she had been walking all night and was freezing/did not give caller her name. Homeowner on line stating female isn’t making sense/unknown name.

Roy and Fierro roads – 6:59 a.m.
White car with lights on has been there since 2:30 a.m. Officer advised wrecker on scene/wrecker picked up vehicle.

Apache Circle
Caller advised she has been calling her husband since last night and he is not answering. Officer made contact with husband who advised he did not hear the phone ring/he will call his wife. Officer will also call caller.

Larceny
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Someone stole the gas tank from caller’s property at 3 a.m./she has it on video.

Caller advised she thinks a named subject just stole her phone/she has a witness.

Disturbance
W. Highway 180 – Mule Creek
Caller advised a named male is at her residence intoxicated/also advised her husband was yelling at caller and that both males are outside/she is by herself locked in her residence/both subjects left.

Domestic disturbance
Highway 180 – Buckhorn
Advised one named party is hitting another named party/she was texted by her sister-in-law of this information.

Suspicious vehicle
Loma Verde
Caller advising she found the vehicle that took the gas tanks from her property earlier today/will be standing by to talk to LE. Deputies had negative contact/will be making contact with caller/everything is okay/clear.

Saturday, Dec. 2

Reckless driver
Highway 180 – MM 155 (3 miles south of Dwyer Road)
Heading toward Silver City/swerving in and out of traffic.
Deputy went traffic with vehicle on Highway 180 @ RR tracks/headed home/no signs of impairment.

Fraud/embezzlement
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
Advised someone opened up a credit card in her name and charged $2,000/a subject who lives across the street from the RV park is the person who possibly opened the account.

Highway 15 – Signal Peak Road
A female on the side of Signal Peak Road appeared to be distressed/they didn’t stop to check. Deputy made contact with female/she stated she was okay.

Chukar Drive
Advised male subjects keep going to her son’s home. While on phone caller got upset with being asked questions and advised she would go check on him herself.

North Hurley Road
Advised a male went to Hurley PD to state his son was drinking and causing a disturbance and left without providing further info.

OnStar advised received a mobile notification of a car crash. Caller called back advising vehicle is now moving/this is a false alarm.

Opal Drive
Caller advised her daughter and boyfriend are arguing/she heard the daughter screaming over the phone and heard the male yelling, “If you get that gun out, I’m going to beat your ass.” Deputy advised one female in investigative detention/female released from ID/both parties separated/they stated everything was verbal.

Sunday, Dec. 3

Unwanted subject
Mobile Drive
Caller advised that a named female is on her property outside the residence/she is refusing to leave. Caller called back advising someone picked her up. Deputy responding.

North Hurley – RR tracks
Caller from Chino Mine Security advised of a female with a blanket over her. Deputy had negative contact.

Domestic disturbance
Mesquite Drive
Caller wants the 18-year-old male who lives there to leave and he won’t/they are separate at this time/party has left in a red Honda/cancel request.

Unwanted subject
Highway 15 – Pinos Altos
A named male and a named female have been evicted and are now living in the Pinos Altos Elementary School camped out/wants them issued a CTW. Deputy issued two subjects CTWs and put out ATL for another subject to be issued CTW when located.
