TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES, NM, Dec. 12, 2023 – Gila National Forest regretfully postpones Coffee with Camille that was scheduled to occur Thursday, December 14 in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico.
“I deeply regret having to delay coffee with communities on the Black Range Ranger District this week, but it is confirmed that I am infected with COVID-19, which I don’t wish to spread around,” said Gila National Forest Supervisor Camille Howes. “I will work with District Ranger Bret Mellott to reschedule this event soon after the New Year.”

Coffee with Camille is a two-hour event for the public to engage with Supervisor Howes for questions and discussion of topics of public interest. Six events have occurred over the past year at locations across the Gila National Forest. We look forward to hosting additional Coffee with Camille events in the future.
