Advised he is calling on behalf of his mother who is currently in the hospital in Las Cruces/a history of dementia/he does have power of attorney of mother/there are charges of a home and two vehicles that were purchased within the last six months/requesting a phone call. Officer made contact with caller.

Truck broke into and items taken. Officers advise out on foot behind building.

Advised that her husband is refusing to leave/she is afraid of him/she is outside as male closed the door on her/all verbal at this time. Officer investigating.

Advised the mail was taken from his mailbox and two other mailboxes/a male approached caller and advised a black sedan took the mail out of all three mailboxes. Officer out at Artistic Smiles for follow-up.

Advised two female students that ran from the school/one petite and one taller/occurred about five minutes ago/will meet officer at La Bonita Bakery/students ran toward the tennis courts/they spray-painted the bathrooms then ran out on foot/one female is at La Bonita.

Caller advised a big, black Dodge car sped past him, stopped at his mailbox, headed north and stopped at another set of mailboxes. Caller was told by neighbor he was expecting packages today around 1:15 p.m. Reference to larceny complaint.

School just called about a named female/caller advised she doesn’t have custody of her, grandma does. Caller advised she was told by the school the female ran from the school/unknown where she is. Officer made contact with grandma/she is aware of the situation and will call back if female shows up. Caller called back advising he just saw the female and she is walking toward grandma’s apartment.

Walk-in’s son is refusing medical. Officer requested ambulance to check out a 23-year-old male with jaw pain after a physical altercation.

Caller advised a male stole some items and became irate when asked to leave/he went to the back to cut the power out/she will get a video together. Officer made contact with caller who advised the male was believed to be shoplifting and called her a ‘bitch’/she told him to just take the items and leave/shortly after that the power went out and upon inspection caller found the breaker switch in the back of the building had been . . .

Three children, 2, 14, and 15-years-old, are asking people for rides back to the Ridges. Officer had negative contact.

Advised her 16-year-old son was upset and got violent with his mother and pushed her and left the residence on foot/wearing all black/walking toward La Plata/left around 10-15 minutes ago. Officer advised negative contact with the juvi/advised mother will call back later to perhaps file him as a runaway.

Advised a named male is inside the home and that he broke the bedroom window/doesn’t want him at the residence. Officer advised to ask county for assistance meeting at RDA to intercept with officer to take the male to his residence in Hurley. Officer advised he will be taking the male to North Hurley/male was left at a Cottonwood Street address.

A named male is having a manic episode/he is highly intoxicated. Officer advised male was able to answer all question/advising he will be leaving Grant County.

Caller advising a named male is causing issues with multiple people/he is refusing to leave/standing in the front door. Officer issued Eric Gonzales an indefinite CTW/he is leaving upon request.

Caller advising male was tailgating him since Dairy Queen/vehicle rear-ended caller/no injuries/other vehicle is trying to leave. Second caller is other party involved/road rage incident. Other party is taking pictures. Officer investigating.

Caller advised someone was backing out of the Snappy and backed into his vehicle. White Dodge Ram vs white Chevy. Officer investigating.

Two younger males wearing dark hoodies took three bottles of Jack Daniels and ran toward Denny’s. Officers advised in the area attempting to locate/out at Snappy Mart/contact with two males, one has a warrant/lost contact with male with warrant/negative contact with other male.

W. 8th Street
A named female is the intruder/she refuses to leave/she is under the influence/has been known to be aggressive/unknown if she took everything/she just got released from rehab today. Caller does not feel he is in danger/he is going to disconnect to look for the female’s phone.

Disturbance
1600 16th Street – Mountain View Senior Apartments
Caller advising a named female is in the lobby yelling and being disruptive/she was getting aggressive with a named male. GCSO deputies advise tenant was removed from property and property was restored to owner/Brenda Callhan was issued a CTW.

Caller advised his black and white Suzuki motorcycle was stolen last night. Officer investigating.

Caller advised a named male is in the house with her and her 5-year-old daughter/he is on narcotics/caller is in the living room/he is in the bedroom with the child/he grabbed her hair and is accusing her of cheating. Officers have one in investigative detention.

Caller is hysterical/advising she is outside her apartment and her cat is inside the apartment alone/advised the locks have been changed/and she did not know they were changed/caller disconnected the line. Officer advised waiting for manager to arrive/manager arrived.

Ridgecrest and E. 32nd Street -- 6:21 p.m.
In the cul-de-sac a purple Nissan Pathfinder is on and no one is answering them knocking on the windows/none of the neighbors knows who the vehicle belongs to/windows are very dark tint and caller is unable to see inside the vehicle. Officer advised everything is okay.

Caller advised they are having problems with an employee’s girlfriend causing issues/she is no longer there but want her issued a CTW. Officer put out ATL for Alejandra Vargas/if contact is made issue her an indefinite CTW to Sonic on 14th Street.

14-year-old female at GRMC advising she was sexually assaulted at the Drifter approximately 15 minutes before going to the hospital/juvi is standing by with her sister/Officer was advised.

Officer had contact with named male; red car parked in parking lot has been running all night –officer advised everything is okay; officer advised a named male and a named female are parked in the area – unknown what they are doing there – requesting deputy to check on them.

Caller advised a named subject was in her client’s apartment yesterday and took his keys and debit card. Officer investigating.

Caller advised a named male is not wanted on the property/male is leaving in a black Dodge diesel/regarding a civil matter/male went after caller in a threatening manner. Officer out at the barber shop on 14th and Main streets to attempt contact with other party.

Caller advised two subjects are staying on the porch of the building/would like them removed and issued a CTW/caller advised he lives in Deming but owns the property. Officer out with Steven Lucero and Thomas Egley/both were issued indefinite CTWs to this property/Egley was also issued a CTW for Snappy-Chevron.
