A named female in her late 70s is arguing with caller and he wants her removed. Second caller advised the male was yelling at her saying he has a traumatic brain injury and just left the room/advised she doesn’t have a way to get her belongings back to the Drifter.

Caller is the caretaker of a named male and he just threatened caller/caller is running from the male around the car right now/last week he injured the caller. Officer requested ambulance for caller/no complaints/late 70s.

Advised her daughter is not helping her/she needs to contact Ambercare. Daughter was in the background telling caller she is not alone. Officer advised one female in unit/en route to SOS.

Advised a named female is on the property/she has a CTW/she will be in back. Officer advised family just wanted it to be re-issued and her to understand/it was re-issued.

200 N. Bullard Street
Walk-in advised she was abused by a friend yesterday at the Toad/also has a complaint on the Toad for over-serving. Officer attempted to notify the other party of a CTW/negative contact/left a message.

Son advised someone shot the window to his car last night/happened near SHS. Officer out at address.

A group of 4-5 juvi males went in the back and took Twisted Teas. Officer advised negative contact in the surrounding area.

610 N. Silver Street – Seasonal Overnight Shelter
A named male was taken onto the property/he has a CTW/is not causing any problems/is outside. Officer advised contact with male on Gold and 11th. He advised the jail dropped him off there when he told them not to. He is walking north on Gold and 12th.

Happened at 4:40 p.m./footage is ready.

Male in a sleeping bag near Auto Zone. Officers had contact/male was advised to leave.

Black pickup is going into her yard/revving its engine then leaving. Officer set up frequent patrol for next two weeks.

Silver sedan is parked in the back parking lot/may be one of the client’s abusers. Officer advised contact with vehicle at top of La Capilla/it is not going to be the one parked at El Refugio/set up frequent patrol for next two weeks.

101 W. Broadway
Caller received a counterfeit $100 bill yesterday as payment/unknown who brought in the money/currently attempting to figure out who brought it in.

Advised a named female has been knocking on the door. Negative contact.

1881 E. Highway 180
Caller advised a named female customer is harassing caller’s employee and business/she verbally harassed clerk because of work that was done three years ago/she called today advising “They are going to pay.” Officer attempted contact x 2 with negative contact/will try again later.

218 N. Bullard Street
Advised two BB gun shots that damaged her window. Officer investigating.

3514 Fowler Avenue
Caller advised resident has a history of stealing from other residents/when caller approached him about this he swung at caller and threw multiple objects at her. Officer advised one male in custody en route to station.

Caller advised his wife’s granddaughter is inside the home and won’t leave. Officer advised clear/female left prior to arrival.

N. Hudson and E. 12th streets
Caller was rear-ended/silver Versa vs U-Haul/no injuries.

A named female is cussing and yelling/want her removed from the property/she is yelling at caller and his 11-year-old son/and anyone else behind the desk. Officer advised the female to leave.

Wednesday, Feb. 7

West Street
Advised she received a call from a named male that he was going to kill himself/he is not responding to her phone calls/he was evicted and is very depressed/the message said, “I found a way to off myself.”/he was holding a grenade then disconnected. Officers advised possibly he moved out already/ATL the male.

Caller hasn’t heard from a named male in several months/caller is his sister. Officer advised male will call her when he has access to a phone/caller was notified.

123 W. 12th Street
Advised a female is standing outside the front doors who possibly has a CTW for the Snappy/she is speaking about stabbing people and killing people and bothering people. Officer out with Ashley Abreu and issued her an indefinite CTW.

A named male left wearing a black hoodie and was bleeding from the head/he left a trail of blood in the bathroom/he was going to the bench for Corre Caminos. Officer patrolled all surrounding businesses/went up toward Walmart/negative contact.

Caller advised her vehicle was broken into last night and only a blanket was stolen/she knows of other vehicles that were broken into in the area. Caller advised she did not want to speak to LE or to have contact with anyone or to report the stolen blanket.

214 Black Street – Magistrate Court Division 1
Caller advised someone left their keys in the collection bin. Advised someone took the keys out and left the building. Caller called back advising keys were found.

Advised she just returned home and her home was broken into. Officers investigating.

BB was shot through the window approximately one week ago/was unsure what the noise was until he saw the hole yesterday.

Walk-in advised she was sexually harassed about six months ago. Officer advised caller stated her mother told her a named male was possibly taking pictures of customers/caller noticed it after being told/then her mother said she was lying. The officer spoke to a another female who stated the named male had touched her butt/she brought it to the attention of her bosses and was told the male would be . . .

Officer advised issued Nick Prince, 36, an indefinite CTW/ATL for Stan Snider, 69, to issue CTW as well. Officer advised made contact with the reporting person at the SCPD/she stated she wanted “Nick Prince” and “Stan Snider” issued CTWs to 211 N. Texas Street, which she owns and rents to business owners/she stated that the two named males went into the Wild West Weaving and Artisan Bakery shop “slandering her name,” and asking tenants about her character.

Male lying in the middle of the roadway. Officer advised had contact with the male/everything is okay.

A named female is causing problems. Dispatch can hear her yelling in the background threatening staff/picking up chairs and attempting to throw them at staff. Officer issued Brenda Callhan an indefinite CTW to property/she is leaving.

Silver Toyota Camry; U-Haul trailer heading west into town with latch open and back gate dragging; white Nissan/turned off on Ridge Road.

Stated his girlfriend is having a mental breakdown/she left in a black Ford Fiesta/stated she was going to kill herself/she left their three kids with him/she has a history of cutting her wrists/will give plate info once he finds it.

Advised a male in a red car is outside refusing to leave/he tried to argue with caller’s son/believes he is intoxicated. Officer advised if located issue indefinite CTW to Frankie Flores.

79-year-old male was dropped off by a transportation service and he keeps undressing in front of everyone in the day area/he also has a soiled diaper/they don’t provide the type of care he needs. Request ambulance reference to diabetic male who threw up all over himself.

Advised female yelling and trying to open car doors/arguing with clerk and tried to steal cigarettes/grabbed clerk by the wrist/caller told her to get out of the store. Officer had female in investigative detention.

Male is setting up camp in the pathway between the Food Coop and the plaza preventing people from passing through the area. Officer advised male left north in the ditch area.

Caller from La Plata Middle School advised student advised they have a gun at home/principal tried to call guardian with negative contact/he made no threats just disclosed he had it/he states he doesn’t feel safe as there are people who don’t like his family/he has it for protection/student is 13-years-old. Caller wants LE to be aware and to contact guardian.

Homeless male in the lobby getting water/he has been run off by security four times today/wants CTW issued unless he is seeking medical attention and has an appointment. Officer out with Prentiss Johnson/issued him a CTW for HMS and can only be there with an appointment.

2008 blue Honda Civic vs 2019 silver Chevy Cruze/both parties are still there/negative on injuries.

Named male in the parking lot. Officers advised contact with Tony Alcorta who was re-issued a CTW for Super Snappy in August of 2023/he is in custody/released on a citation to appear/one in unit en route to SOS.

Advised someone took his boots from his front porch possibly last night/the stuff on his porch was rummaged through.

Caller advised a female is in the store and caller wants a CTW issued and for her to move along/she is walking around the store talking to herself. Officer advised Ashley Abreu was re-issued the CTW and she left upon request.
