Caller advised she received a call from her niece saying she was fighting with her boyfriend/he pulled out a razor on her. Caller went to pick her up and he won't let her come out. Caller is standing by outside. Caller called back advising her niece came out and she does not want to report anything.

Deputies responded and will be staying in the area to ensure . . .
