Criminal trespass warning
E Street
Stated he has a CTW on his daughter and she is on the property. Officers advised going to ATL the female/she left prior to arrival/one female in custody.

Stated a named female is on the property and he does not want her there/she does not live there and she is on scene. Officer advised caller is going to give her two hours to get her belongings and leave. Caller advising the female is still there/was supposed to leave and hasn't/she is taking things out of the shop.

Accident-injuries
Carrasco Avenue and 2nd Street
Black truck and black Camaro in the roadway/male is not responding. Bayard PD officer advised male is conscious and alert/negative on extraction. EMS10 advised cancel anyone else responding. EMS3 advised patient signed refusal.

Disturbance
Lea Drive
Male and female arguing/going on for 10 minutes now. Deputy advised negative contact with female/no signs of struggle/left prior to arrival.

Breaking and entering

Caller advised there is someone on his couch that he doesn't know and he doesn't want to shoot him/he looks drunk. Deputy and XCPD officer have subject in unit/issued him an indefinite CTW for 43 Lea Drive.

Dog bite
D Street
87-year-old male and a 63-year-old female mauled by a pit bull/neighbors have already put it inside the house. BFD negative response to two pages. EMS2 advised do not page out Santa Clara, we will assess. Officer and deputy en route to High Desert Humane Society to quarantine the dog for 10 days.

A named male is fighting with a named female/caller received a call from children in the home/there is a lot of yelling and they said they need help/history of meth addiction. Officer advised they advised everything was verbal.

Sunday, Feb. 18

Suspicious vehicle
E. Morrow Street
Advised the vehicle has been parked in the area for 15 minutes/stated he was waiting for his cousin but  never told caller who that was/vehicle did leave but the vehicle is not from the area. Deputy advised will frequent patrol throughout the day.
