Daughter just saw someone hit a deer with their vehicle and are now beating it with a rock. Deputy had negative contact.

Domestic disturbance
Alamo Street – Santa Clara
Caller received a call that her brother was beating up on their mom. Second caller stated he was choking her grandma/he broke a window and is throwing rocks. Deputy did DL check.

Highway 180 – MM 88-89 (Highway 221 junction)
Advised dead deer in middle of roadway. Male from DOT in Cliff advised he removed deer from the roadway.

Injuring/tampering with motor vehicle
Bald Knoll Road
Caller from McCauley and Sons advised a neighbor saw kids shooting at a Case loader parked on the side of the road last night/looked like an AR gun. Deputy attempted to call caller twice with negative contact.

Caller advised he is headed north on Highway 90. Deputy advised vehicle still operable.

Caller advised it appears someone has broken in but nothing was taken.

Highway 90 – MM 25 (White Signal)
Deer in middle of roadway/NMSP was given info for Game and Fish to follow-up with. Deputy advised deer was removed from roadway.

Highway 90
A child about 7-years-old with a pink bike and backpack walking against traffic toward Silver City. Deputy en route to an unknown location/juvi female doesn't know her address but knows how to get there/La Questa Apartments.

Fraud/embezzlement
Highway 152 – Grant County
Advised she received a fraud alert that her credit report info was used in Georgia/has been compromised since Apr. 6/found on the dark web. Deputy spoke with caller.

Stolen motor vehicle
Rio de Arenas Road
Advised son's motorcycle was taken/unknown when/2005 copper-colored Yamaha.

Suspicious vehicle
Main and Pop Morrison streets – Bayard – 9:27 p.m.
70 model GMC blue van flashing light in houses. Deputy advised has warrant/will call Judge Grijalva in the morning to sort out the traffic warrant.

Thursday, Apr. 11

Suspicious vehicle
Little Walnut Road
Small white hatchback car/she was looking into mailbox/heading up the hill going north. Deputy had negative contact/spoke with subject from USPS who informed the deputy they have a worker in a cream-colored hatchback delivering mail.

DV order violation
Azurite Court -- Tyrone
Caller advised ex is harassing her by calling her.

Stolen motor vehicle
Lobo Drive – Cliff
Female took a red 4wheeler to cousin's house and was not allowed to take it on the highway/caller is afraid she may head to Silver on it. Caller called back advising the female has arrived back on the property with the 4wheeler.

Reckless driver
Highway 90 – Tyrone townsite
White car driving erratic/going from 65 to 40 all over the road. Deputy advised has contact in front of SCPD with reckless driving vehicle.

Welfare check
Five Mile Creek – Buckhorn
Caller advised that before LE picked up her daughter she was going to take her to SASS because she noticed red scabs on her body. Deputy advised everything is okay.
