SPO Seeks to Fill State Agency Positions Across New Mexico

Santa Fe, N.M. – Today, the NM State Personnel Office (SPO) announced they will be in the State Capitol Rotunda on Tuesday, February 12 from 8:30 a.m.—2:00 p.m. to help job seekers with the state’s application process during the legislative session.

“New Mexico’s state agencies need quality employees to carry out their mission and serve our state’s people,” said Economic Development Secretary Designate Alicia J. Keyes. “SPO’s visibility at the legislative session shows they are eager to fill vacant positions and help make state agencies better.”

“Every single day, state employees strap on their capes and come to work to serve their fellow New Mexicans--they are the real superheroes,” says Director of the State Personnel Office Pam Coleman. “We’re looking forward to inviting more employees to join the state government family.”

The State Personnel Office recruits employees for all state agencies across New Mexico. Prospective employees interested in a fulfilling career with the state are encouraged to attend this event to learn more or to follow up on the status of a submitted application.
