EBTedge mobile application and cardholder web portal
SANTA FE – The New Mexico Human Services Department (HSD) is announcing new functionality within the EBTedge mobile application and web portal to allow additional options for EBT card replacement functions for our customers.
The EBTedge mobile application and cardholder web portal will now allow cardholders to complete the following:
- Check their EBT card order status
- Request a replacement card effortlessly
- Deactivate a card
“Ensuring that we can grant easier access for every New Mexican ebtEDGE cardholder to replace cards when needed, is a responsibility we take very seriously.” said Angela Medrano, HSD Deputy Secretary.
“It’s important to provide customers with options that fit their lifestyle.”
Instructions:
ebtEdge Mobile Application
- Download the Mobile Application to a device.
- Create a username and password and create security questions.
- Enter the 16-digit state of NM EBT card number.
- Once confirmed: verify personal information to link to the account.
- Once logged into the app, the customer can then view all account information and can request to deactivate their card and order a new card once the address has been verified.
ebtEdge Web portal
- Cardholders will go to the Web Portal by visiting www.ebtedge.com
- select cardholder
- login create a username and password and create security questions.
- Enter the 16-digit state of NM EBT card number.
- Once confirmed: verify personal information to link the account.
- Once logged into the Web Portal, the customer can then view all account information and can request to deactivate their card and order a new card once the address has been verified.
The Human Services department provides services and benefits to 1,112,495 New Mexicans through several programs including: the Medicaid Program, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Child Support Program and several Behavioral Health Services.
