LAS CRUCES/SAN ANTONIO - The New Mexico Department of Transportation District One office (NMDOT) along with White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) posted an alert for Friday, October 22.  

US 70 will be blocked at 6:20 a.m. for approximately one hour. This block will be located at ‘Blue Block’ (2 miles East of the access road - Mile Marker 172) and at ‘Yellow Block’ (located at the WSNP Headquarters - Mile Marker 200). San Augustin Pass and LC Gate are not affected by this block. Nike Ave will be affected.

US 380 will be blocked one time at 5:50 a.m. for approximately two hours and should be lifted by 7:50 a.m. This block will be located at ‘GOLD BLOCK’ (mile marker 3) and ‘SILVER BLOCK’ (mile marker 49).
