LAS CRUCES - The New Mexico Department of Transportation District One office (NMDOT) along with White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) have posted an alert for Thursday Jan. 13, 2022. 

US 70 will be blocked one time at 6:40 a.m. for approximately one hour and should be lifted at 7:40 a.m. This block will be located at "BLUE BLOCK" (2 miles East of the access road - mile marker 172) and "BROWN BLOCK" (mile marker 192). In addition, Nike Ave will be affected for this block. Las Cruces Gate and Owen Road will remain open.
