The Department of the Air Force, 355th Civil Engineer Squadron at David-Monthan AFB in Arizona, has issued a notice of intent to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) for special use airspace optimization to support Air Force Missions in Arizona. They also fly over southwest New Mexico.
