I-40 both westbound and westbound lanes are now open. Heavy congestion should be expected on I-40,  I-25, NM 26, and I-10.

ROAD ADVISORY UPDATE
ARIZONA TRAIN DERAILMENT- Traffic advised to
I-40 westbound lanes are now open, a slow roll is in place with police escort. Fires are still burning and traffic may encounter areas of heavy smoke. I-40 eastbound lanes are still closed with detour in place on I-10 to I-25, expected reopening late today April 28, 2024. Motorists are asked to reduce speed, obey posted signs, and watch for emergency personnel, and equipment. Please expect delays. This post will be updated as conditions change.
