George James Muehlhausen, 69, a resident of Silver City, NM entered eternal rest Thursday, July 23, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born July 6, 1951 in Lincoln, Nebraska to George Edgar and Orpha Moore Muehlhausen. He is survived by his wife Ranita of the family home; one son Sonny James Muehlhausen of Denver, CO; two daughters, Shannon Muehlhausen and husband Daniel Dietzel of Silver City; Chrystal Muehlhausen of Denver, CO; three grandchildren, Simone Hill, Elijah Muehlhausen and XavierWood-Moore; one brother, Richard Muehlhausen of Houston TX; one sister, Mary Garcia and husband Roman of Denver, CO.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Connie Avery and Susan Bush; one sister in-law, Carolyn Muehlhausen. No service will be held per family’s request.
