Betty Juline Windsor entered eternal rest on Thursday, January 27 2022, surrounded by her loved ones, at Genesis HealthCare in Silver City, New Mexico.

She was born on January 6, 1941 in Bisbee Arizona. She was the daughter of Ralph and Lois Pederson. Betty graduated from Bisbee High School in Bisbee, Arizona in 1960. She also graduated from Cochise Community College and Western New Mexico University with multiple Master’s Degrees, Bachelor's degree and a Doctorate degree in Education. Betty had also been an LPN in her early years of marriage.

In addition to her parents, Ralph and Lois Pederson of Bisbee Arizona, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Arthur Windsor; survived by her siblings, Martin Pederson (Lynn) of Bisbee Arizona, Bill Pederson (Frances) of Paris, Texas, Dorothy Pederson of Bisbee Arizona, Harold Pederson (Denise) of Tucson Arizona and Howard Pederson (Roni) of Gilmer Texas. She is also survived by her children: Joseph Windsor (Ann) of Ogden Utah, Kris Windsor of Silver City, New Mexico, Sharon Windsor (Glen Arthur) of Moab, Utah, Audrey Norcross (Mark) of Moab, Utah and Ken Windsor (Janis) of Moab, Utah. Betty also is survived by 19 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren and many family members.

Betty devoted her life to many great interests including music, scouting, swimming, art and her family. Betty spent many years in Musical Education. She helped with the marching band, color guard, choir and band. 

Services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Swan Street in Silver City, New Mexico on February 19, 2022 at 12:00 pm. There will be a luncheon to follow.
