NM-152 Silver City to Kingston Grant County, NM Road Advisory Update

New Mexico 152 in Grant County between Silver City and Kingston mile marker 16-40 remains CLOSED until further notice due to a wildfire. The intersection at NM-27 and NM-152 in Kingston east of Hillsboro is restricted for local residents with limited access being granted. Please avoid traveling within this area as updates will be posted as conditions change.
 
Heavy smoke with low visibility is reported for various areas within Grant, Sierra and Dona Ana County. Motorists are advised to be aware of their surroundings and to limit outside activities as smoke may be harmful to their health.
