Male acting goofy/swinging his arms and talking to himself/not aggressive. Deputy made contact advising male was in vehicle saying he was going to Lordsburg but drove off toward Silver.

Criminal damage to property
Realta Drive
Caller advised a named female broke into his house and there is damage in the house/advised female is a friend of his daughter/she left her dog unattended in the house and house is now damaged with urine and feces/daughter didn't have permission to invite anyone and was a 19-year-old getting brainwashed by a 28-year-old.

Tuesday, Jan. 2

Game and Fish
Highway 180 and Delk Drive
Assisted Game and Fish with a wounded deer in the roadway.

Harassment
Highway 180 – MM 117 (1 mile west of Uncle Woody's Flea Market)
Caller is being followed and threatened by a male in a blue Ford truck with a construction name on it/this has happened before/he is still following him. Deputy went traffic at 180 and Ft Bayard.

Fraud/embezzlement
North Hurley Road
Requesting a Spanish-speaking deputy reference money that was taken from bank account and his identity also was compromised.

Welfare check
Highway 90 – MM 15 (2 miles north of Hidalgo-Grant county line)
Male trying to wave people down. Second caller advised he has a dog. Hidalgo County was advised. Deputy advised he will have male with him en route to an address in Lordsburg.

Missing persons
Cow Trail Road – Arenas Valley – 6:43 p.m.
82-year-old male is missing/last saw him at about 5 p.m./he is gone along with their truck/husband has memory issues/not diagnosed with anything specific just has trouble remembering things. Called advising she has contact with a male who only . . .

Wednesday, Jan. 3

Welfare check
Tabor Avenue
A female in the back of her car was beat up and raped and now she left and he doesn't know who she is/he then disconnected the phone.

Harassment
Wright Road – Upper Mimbres – 1:01 a.m.
Caller received a threatening text from a named male. Deputy advised to have Hurley PD call for info. Officer made contact with (redacted).

Reckless driver
Kirkland Road
Green Ford Maverick is using road as a dragstrip. Caller had dispatch listen and hear the loud car. Officer issued (redacted) a CTW for a named street. Deputy advised vehicle is now parked/everything is okay.

Welfare check
North Hurley Road
Caller advised an elderly lady is asking for help/she told caller she needs help/has two dogs with her/caller will be with her in a red truck/she is having issues with a named male/she is afraid of him due to alcohol abuse and him being verbally abusive. NMSP officer will stay with her until deputy arrives.

Burglary
Morales Road
Caller advised access was through a broken window. Deputy investigating.

Domestic disturbance
Wright Road – Upper Mimbres – 8:57 p.m.
Caller advised her boyfriend just woke up and started beating her/he tried choking her out/he did it when she was asleep/caller started screaming and disconnected/negative contact upon callback/attempted contact again/someone picked up and stated quiet then disconnected/was able to make contact on third call/advised that he choked her/he is now in another room.

Domestic disturbance
Jaguar Street – Santa Clara
Caller advised subjects at that house were arguing and a male hit her/third party call/caller is not there. Deputy has one in investigative detention.

Thursday, Jan. 4

Vehicle accident-no injuries
Highway 152 – Hamilton Lookout
Report, no narrative.

Unwanted subject
Chamisa Drive – Lower Mimbres
A named female is at this location/caller is not there/caller wants LE to tell her to leave. Deputy advised female left the property per LE and grandfather's request.

Aggravated burglary
Rio de Arenas Road
Advised he had a Smith & Wesson 9 mm along with other items taken from his trailer/he just returned home.

Welfare check
Apache Circle
Caller needs LE to check on her 87-year-old husband/she is worried he took his medicine wrong/he is not answering his phone now. Deputy advised husband is okay/also his wife spoke with him.
