  • Aug. 23- Michael Mahony emails Hunter Biden at one year mark of Gemini transaction with Rosemont Realty “please confirm your wiring instruction remain the account ending in 1823” for final C share payment. Value of C class units, as determined by an appraiser, should not exceed $20 Million, the value of the New Sub Loan.

2017:

  • Mar. 31- China buys “Class B membership interest of Gemini-Rosemont from Gemini-Rosemont JV Member LLC.” Property Fund now holds 30% Class A, 18.423% Class B membership interests in Gemini-Rosemont.
  • May 1- Hunter Biden text to Bobulinski “We don’t want to have to register as foreign agents.”
  • May- Archer ships Service King SK3000 oil rig through Ukraine to Kazakhstan during embargo; Hunter Biden is Burisma board member.
