Get Ready to Give Grandly:
Join Us for a Day of Celebration and Giving!

Join us for a vibrant celebration of giving back to our community at Main Street Plaza in Silver City, NM!

On Saturday, May 4th, 2024, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, nonprofits will have the chance to connect face-to-face with donors and the communities they serve.

It's a fantastic opportunity to showcase the impactful work being done right here in our midst. Expect a day filled with joy, featuring fun, food, music, and plenty of chances to make a difference. Bring your refillable water bottles and help us to make this a waste free event. Plenty of places to refill while you are visiting your favorite nonprofits. Don't miss out on this fabulous event!

Thanks to Grant County Community Foundation and our participating sponsors for helping us reach our $500 match fund goals, ensuring each of the nonprofits receive at least $1,000! That means at least $65k will be funneled back into our community via these nonprofits. A little bit goes a long way to help keep our invaluable nonprofits to achieve their missions year after year.

Can't make it in person? Not to worry! You can still support your favorite nonprofits by donating anytime between April 20th - May 20th through our giving platform, or fill out this PDF at the Grant County Community Foundation to give. Every contribution helps us continue to uplift and empower our community.

Call for Applications: The 30-Something 2024 Grant Cycle

30somethingsmall.jpgThe doors are still open for The 30 Something's 2024 Grant Cycle, and we're eager to see your project proposals! For those unfamiliar with The 30 Something, we are a philanthropic community dedicated to Silver City and Grant County, striving to enact significant positive change in our region. Each member contributes $1,000 annually to our fund, allowing us to award grants of $30,000 to support nonprofit endeavors that may be otherwise challenging to fund through traditional means. • The grant must fund something tangible and enduring.
  • It should enrich the lives of Silver City and Grant County residents.
  • The project should attract newcomers or visitors to our area.
  • All applicant organizations must hold 501(c)3 nonprofit status or be fiscally sponsored by one.

The application deadline is Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Apply early to ensure your project receives timely consideration. Grant recipients will be announced on June 1, with funds available by July 1.
